Thank You, sorry only thing I can suggest is to join Hyrox Facebook pages and keep an eye out for drop outs selling tickets.
I think the better runners can go 90% on the events and recover during the run. That will be my plan for the next HYROX.
I agree but the best aren’t treating the runs as recovery it’s about holding you max sustainable pace on the stations AND the runs
Woodsy what is your height and weight? I’m 6’4 and struggling to decide what would be a suitable race weight.
I’m 6ft2 - Currently I’m 89kg 11% bodyfat. For works Champs last year I was 87kg and 7%. I think for me ideal would be something between them.
@@woodsyworkout you’re a unit, but I realised of course you’re competing in the pro division. Would you come in lighter if you were competing open?
Yeah the open division is definitely suited to lighter athletes. It still depends on the individual, you want to be as lean as possible whilst keeping your strength.
