Hows that shit feel to not be able to move around normally? Im not talking doing some gymnastics, but just a pull up or a push up. And how do u get to that point? At 250 u didnt see the weight piling on and try to slow down?

“I'm not saying I'm gonna change the world, but I guarantee that I will spark the brain that will change the world.”
    - 2Pac
Mike Rashid, I can’t even begin to tell you how unbelievable these videos are. This whole series so far has been documented perfectly. I’m so incredibly inspired by these videos and am mapping out a similar series that I will do over the next couple of months. I run an in-home personal training business in Bethesda, Maryland (you were actually here last week but I missed you because I was at Myrtle Beach) - I work primarily with people who are looking to lose weight and my services are all encompassing. The focus is on maximizing lifestyle medicine to change ones body, prevent disease, and completely rewire a person both mentally and physically.
I FUCKING LOVE lifestyle medicine and teaching practices that will help clients transform mentally and physically - daily exercise, good nutrition, quality sleep, hydration, and stress reduction.
This video series reminds me of why I started. It’s very easy to get caught up in the day to day, focus on hitting the monthly revenue goal, and forget the big picture. You and I possess the knowledge that can help change someones life. 100 lb weight loss is no fucking joke. Make no mistake about it you are LITERALLY saving Big Mike’s life… being obese increases the likelihood of the majority of the diseases you can think of - 10x over. The quality of his life will be improved so drastically once he hits his 100lb weight loss goal and he will look and feel like a completely different person… which is invaluable and a very beautiful thing.
So far I have helped several people lose a decent amount of weight - some transformations here: sabintraining.com/success-stories/ - but I have not done a documented series like this just taken videos and progress pictures. With Fall around the corner I expect to pick up a few new clients, I’m sure one of them will be a good candidate for a documented weight loss series.
So again… thank you so fucking much for the content and value that you provide daily. You have helped me, help others. You have impacted my life tremendously over the last year and “sparked the brain” of a hungry and determined 22 year old for which the world is his oyster.

You Mike Rashid, I been watching since you started with CT and I copied your workouts from chest to back, shoulders, legs by studying just your videos but I would add running 3 miles outdoors and sometimes 5 miles when I thought about overtraining. I lost 45 pounds in 5 months with your videos but then I fell off the wagon with going back to school/college, raising kids, and work. But I'm back now and this is inspiring helping big Mike loose 100 lbs. Great job inspiration to both of you!

1 thing that makes his circuit /super sets easy is that they're all rhythm movements......which is great and also brings explosion/power to workout

She could've walked anywhere else. She wanted her face on camera. Too bad she didn't get it.

I mean she's in the gym so it's possible she actually worked out before she did the 47
