Sir it's already not good for general health of the knees having an high body fat, doing box jumps it's really taxing on the joints, you might create a permanent damage. I suggest you to do other movements but that's just my opinion.

I lost 45 pounds in 5 months with your videos but then I fell off the wagon with going back to school/college, raising kids, and work. But I'm back now and this is inspiring helping big Mike loose 100 lbs. Great job inspiration to both of you!
