Hi. I'm from Pakistan. My daughter Zaina is 11 and i wanna her to be an exchange student in USA. Please do inform me about age limit, and what kind of preparation she needs to qualify.
I believe they have to be atleast 15 in highschool?
can i be an exchange student in summer like in july and august ?
So your family has to host an exchange person before you get to be an exchange student?
I've never heard of having a partner. If that's the case then exchange isn't even an option for me :/ my parents would never do that
karina lujan ikr😫😫
There are different types of exchanges! For some of which, you don't need to have an exchange partner and you just go abroad to live with a host family :)
@@Imaginfinity do you know any exchange programs like that? I'd really love to go to germany for family purposes.
oh my thanks for this information! im in 10th grade and in my 11th im planning to exange in japan. but how would i convince my mom
just talk it out with her. If she says no, ask her why then slowly try to think of solutions to convince her to let you go! fighting~~!!
how much do you have to pay to become an exchange student
Wait, so is it only possible do an exchange program if my school has a collaboration with other schools abroad??
박지민 Nope, there are lots of agencies unlinked to your school that you can go through to study abroad! (I used ISE Ontario, but there are many others for various ages and countries of origin)
Imaginfinity Okay, thanks!
hey how do i convince my parents? i made a complete presentation and told my reasons and everything but it seems like they are scared about who random person will be my host and how ill be safe....what should i tell them??
Make sure to research which programs you study with. I have heard of some programs have relocated kids and put many Asian students in areas that had high hate crime rates. We shouldn’t support a program that supports anti-Asian hate. Please stop Asian hate! So please make sure to research before you go,
What expenses do they pay? Do you need to learn the language?
How do you get high school credits if possible when you’re on an exchange
Hello! I wonder can the person that want to have an exchange student also apply? Me and my girlfriend has a long distance relationship and live in different countries, can my girlfriend be an exchange student and live with me?
I wanna be an exchange student😞 but I just graduated
i want to become an exchange student but i cant find any programs for my age,im 13
I asked my mom that i want to be an exchange student and she said i was crazy because we don't even have money to buy everydsy food(s). I wish i have money so i can be an exchange student to learn something different.
I'm only 13y/o becoming 3rd year high school, from Philippines, i wanted to go to London, (i guess) but my cousin is in the US/chicago
(Sorry for my bad english)
Aw :(
Dammit I can't because my parents are divorced and I switch every week.... And I have 3 other siblings.... That don't get along...... I wanna do an exchange so baaadd
Apply for scholarship
Damn! Switching every week? Dosn't it get frustrating? (Not to be rude)
I have a question what is like the perfect age to do all this
I've heard a lot of the programs require you to be 15-18 but it also depends on what program you use and where you're going. I would just recommend you search around for programs that suit your needs the most.
Wait do u have to host in order to become an exchange student?
Amira Herrera it depends what programme you choose to do your exchange with :)
@@Imaginfinity ah tysm helps a lot :)
I want to go to Spain or London
Even if I could just go to school in another state, would literally be so cool, but that’s not a thing so I’m stuck in the school I’ve been in all my life:(
Can you go to a country that your parents came from?
Is there anyway to become an exchange student but not actually host another student? (Not sure if it's an exchange anymore tho)
I wanna go to Japan for exchange
I am from Kenya and I want to join an exchange program for cultural exchange in North America for 6 months to one year. Kindly let me know how. Thanks
So I want to study in America for a year but cant have a partner come to me? Is it a requirement to have a partner? I thought you just got sent somewhere and put with a host family?
It depends on the program! With certain programs you have a partner and with others you don't :)

I wanna be an exchange student in the US but I have bad grades and no money :(

Hey! Can you be an exchange student at any age?
it depends on what program you use. It's really hard to find programs that will take students younger than 15 but I've heard there are some? it also depends on where you're going! I'm no expert so I would recommend you search around and maybe talk to people that have been an exchange student in the country you're wanting to go to. Fighting~~!
She's pretty✨👩✨
