I'm learning Japanese as well and you should just keep studying at your age! if you have a phone I would look up "DuoLingo" on the app store and learn some things from there. Also, search up how to start learning Japanese and watch some educational videos about Japanese! unfortunately, a lot of the exchange programs want the student to be 15 to 18 years old ( in highschool ) but you never know! you might find one that allows younger people to go abroad! but PLEASE talk to your guardians or parents about it and research like crazy! I hope the best for you! ( if you have any questions I'll try and answer them)

    I want to be an exchange student but kinda scared to talk to my school about it/ don’t really know what to say to them. Any advice?

    • @Imaginfinity
      @Imaginfinity  5 років тому +1

      Do your research first, so when you talk to anybody about it you'll be prepared to give them details about why you when to go on an exchange! If you have the passion and the drive, people will see that. You can make some arrangements with your school, but every school is different--I was able to return to Canada and take the exams for my semester since I took easy classes, but I know some people have to repeat the school year. It all depends on your school system, where you're going on exchange, and for how long. Good luck!!

      Make sure to research which programs you study with. I have heard of some programs have relocated kids and put many Asian students in areas that had high hate crime rates. We shouldn’t support a program that supports anti-Asian hate. Please stop Asian hate! So please make sure to research before you go,
