Like Raquel mentioned, exfoliating always helps but its so hydrating that the formula adds moisture back. It’s definitely does not work over night so if you dont use it throughout the day certainly use it at night in about 2-3 weeks you’ll see improvement
You can just rub it on like you do with the stick ones on the go…. I don’t touch it with my fingers I apply right from the container
