Hi first off thank u for such a greatly explained and detailed tutorial. Secondly, while I was editing during the 8:33 mark I dragged and dropped the text/merge node (can't remember) for subscribe, everything on screen suddenly disappeared. Pls help, it was such a work to get this far.

theres one question left for me: the animation is now centered. How can I move it easily in the lower third part of my video or do I have to make it all again from scratch/do adjustments?
Thanks for asking, no no you don't have to recreate again and again, either you can create a macro and add it to your library or you can simply export these type of animation with transparency in video format and use it on your project as an overlay. thankyou!
Great tutorial! For some reason, the blend option is not working as shown for blending the subscribe/subscribed buttons as well as the bell icon. Everything else seems to be working just fine. I've structured it just as you have shown, but for some reason this functionality is not working. Maybe there's a setting I'm missing? Thanks!
I had the same problem. Make sure to hold shift while keeping merge 7 between group1 and merge 4. That did the trick for me.

This is proving to be tougher than my Board Maths exam. The amount of time I have to invest for a 6 second animation is just crazy. I'm stuck with the Subscribe to Subscribed animation part. I'm done.

Additionally, when attaching a merge not between a connection. It would be good to add move it around to make sure it is connected. It took me some time to realise they were not causing frustration.

So it doesnt matter what images I download, they all have a background that i cant get rid of... SO instead of just having an animated hand, i get the "full Picture of the hand" to animate.. I tried downloading images of icons with transparant backgrounds but the grey and white background just travels with the image... im stuck lol

I've built exactly what i wanted with your help, amazing and thank you! one question though, how can i reuse this lower third as an overlay in other projects? I've tried creating a macro and saving in the Titles section but none of the images transfer over. is there a special trick to include the images in a fusion composition to reuse in other projects? I even tried to render just the fusion composition but then i lose the transparent background.
I am looking for the same thing. How to save this and reuse it?
save this project as a template and duplicate every time to create a new project!

I've got a serious question. When I drop the already done animation into the power bin and would like to use it into another project what is happening that PNG files are becoming offline media and there is no way to link them back ,am I doing something wrong. I was told that only option would be to use a node "loader" instead of media in in node editor for this to work but maybe there is better way any chance you could answer that thank you very much for you tutorial I made it and it does look pretty good thanks.

No no, everything is okay, you only have to preview the last transform node that you are using to drag.

Great Video.... I followed step by step and made a great button. I have two questions.... they might be stupid, but I don't know and I have to ask. First, once I place it on my video, and people click it... what happens? I don't see a link of this button to specific youtube channel address. So, how to link this button to my youtube channel address? Second.... this button is on the middle of the screen. How do I move it down to the right corner of my screen?

Is there a way to export the fusion composition without the background so like a transparent one to lay over another video? I had another project started but the only way I got it to work is if I brought that project over to the fusion composition project. I don't want to have to make this animation every time. Thank you for your video by the way. I was able to recreate it with some time haha.

First of all, THANK YOU A LOT. But I have a problem, when I put the second bell it doesn't show me the transition from one to another. I think it because of the way of the nods, cause it happened the same way with the subscribe button, but somehow I fixed it. Has it something to do with holding shift when you are putting them? because I'm doing it but still don't work.

Awesome tutorial. Worked out great. Very informative. Question. When I got to use it on a video it comes up with the black background as well as the logo. I have tried to change the opacity but it changes the whole thing, not just the background. Any ideas on what to do? Cheers :)
Okay, I was able to get to 8:20 and then you lost me because when I clicked on Text2 and entered SUSBCRIBE the red button and everything in that window disappeared. There was now only the SUBSCRIBE left. How can I arrange it with the button when I cannot see it anymore? :( I couldn't continue.

If I wanted to add a mouse click sound and a bell sound and maybe some type of swoosh sound when the animation slides in and out how would one go about doing that? Hi. Great video tutorial however, as I am a novice with DaVinci, I often struggle to work out which short-cut keys you use to carry out basic functions. I guess you are using a Windows PC and, as I am using a iMac, I have to work out key changes from scratch. I've managed to get through about 30% of this tutorial four times now but, don't intend giving up. Cheers! Gary
