We updated the latch design to prevent the overturn issue you described and metal edges now have an additional treatment to smooth them. We have also implemented a new lifetime product warranty along with a 90-day return policy. We believe that our kitchen systems are the highest-quality and most durable on the market.

Sounds like much needed improvements. We're still using ours and despite the flaws it is an excellent Jeep kitchen.
