absolutely!
For me, learning the words and melody of by heart allows me to direct my focus more on the uke, which is what comes less naturally to me. So.. learn the part of your stronger instrument (voice vs uke) first and off by heart so that you can focus on the trickier one in your performance.
Most importantly though: just keep practising. I used to barely be able to play and sing at the same time (and there’s definitely still much to be improved) but over time it gets so much easier.
