Thank you, CEBU PACIFIC, another milestone; you always make us proud, especially us Cebuanos! The historic CEBU Pacific, the largest and leading airline in the Philippines, lights up the Burj Khalifa. After Cebu Pacific breaks sales records in the Philippines with a massive USD $24 billion (P1.4 trillion) for 152 neo-aircraft purchase deal with Airbus. The first and largest aircraft order in the Philippines and Asia history! Yet another record-breaking, Cebu Pacific made history again! Cebu Pacific is the first and only Philippine brand that lights up Burj Khalifa in Dubai, the tallest building in the world. 💖👑 Cebu Pacific paid Millions to Emaar Properties, owner of Burj Khalifa, to light up Burj Khalifa in Dubai for few minutes.💖
Your P700 ride is a rip-off. You did not know how to negotiate or rent the tricycle ride for your own use without other companions, hence the expensive price.
yes thats right we have groups in europe like a some sort of UN type a multi-national. some of.our friends set us up in thia filipino trip. filipinos say its safe. to make the story short we spend way overbudget and simply leave much earlier than expected. so many pesants overcharging us. there are even incident of pick pocket. we already knew we will be going.to the poorest of the poor remote place on earth. we have like cheap china phones even those were stolen. evwn the host family try to rip us off. try to steal.our passport my goodness its like kidnapbfor ransom much worze than than africa, central america, north korea or the middle east.
Don’t blame the tourists for the faults of corrupt tricycle drivers. You wonder why the PH isn’t a tourist haven atm. Gaslighting foreigners and scamming them seems to be a new Filipino past time. Nakakahiya.
I flew with them in 2017 from Tacloban to Manila.. I received a text and email saying my flight was cancelled due to the airport runway being shortened due to maintenance.. I went to the Cebu Pacific office at the airport.. they put me on a feeder ATR from Tacloban to Cebu in order to connect with a dedicated A320 for passengers affected by the partial runway closure in Tacloban, from Cebu to Manila.. They were very professional.. no complaints.. they are better than American, Delta and United when it comes to handling cancellations.. I also flew with them in Feb 2024 from Singapore to Clark with a serious sore throat.. I was really being a pain in the butt by always asking for warm water. The flight crew were very professional all throughout the flight. I wish many US based airlines can learn from the professionalism of Cebu Pacific
Thx for finally reviewing Cebu Pacifc!!! Its nice to hear that you enjoyed Boracay! 😁 700 pesos sounds like way too much though!! They have a few smaller jeepneys and larger shared e-trikes that drive along the main road, I was never charged more than 100 pesos no matter the distance. These are however shared and make stops along the way.
Cebu Pacific is ok for a point to point travel not longer than 3 hours. Frequent delays make them not a good choice if you have connecting (esp international long haul) flights. Missing your flight out of Manila / Cebu, rebook your ticket and be stranded for a day is much more expensive than what ever you can safe on the domestic fare
Nice one Johnny I've nothing to say about CEBU PACIFIC as I have never flew with them. I've heard for flying local routes in the Philippines they're good, As flights are usually 1 to 1 1/2 hours in length. How ever I like the little bit of extra service with what you get from a full service flight from PAL. I understand mechanically Cebu Pacific is pretty good. I've not heard bad things about them. Over all Johnny really well done video cheers
Greetings from Brussels and thanks for the quirky Charleroi reference 😅 Fun fact: Brussels even has a "third airport" the ZYR Ok it's the Brussels South train station. But it is possible to get a connection "flight" from Paris, which basically is a train ticket 🙃
Flew both PAL and Cebu Pacific domestically several times. Cebu Pacific self check in at Manila works fine. The pre ordered chicken burito is fine. You can book extra leg room seats btw.
Thank you for being understanding on the delay, and also for your connection did you need to claim your bags or was it transferred directly? usually, if your came in late for your next flight, they'd put you in the next flight
Ohh yes I forgot to mention that in the video: They checked our bag directly to Bangkok despite officially not offering connection flights. However at Clark it was not possible to transit within the airport - we had to go out of the terminal and then head over to international departures.
As a foreigner, I've flown 3 times with them in the last 12 months, to Caticlan, Bohol and Iloilo. For what you pay for these flights you should not complain. Yes it's a basic cheap airline, but they provide a reasonable good service for what pay for domestic flights
RPVE is officially called Godofredo P. Ramos International Airport / Caticlan International Airport and RPVK is Kalibo International Airport. There is no reference to Boracay in either one. Also, Caticlan has only 1800 m of runway compared to Kalibo’s 2560 m runway. Until the runway expansion at Caticlan, it only used to service turboprop aircraft. Cebu Pacific (5J) used to have an on time performance that rivaled that of Philippine Airlines (PR), believe it or not. Management changes have resulted in a more low cost experience for the airline. While this is great for the overall profit margins, the customer experience has declined. .
Bad experience 1st i try this airlines and then i pay already deduct my money but i didn’t receive any invoice and booking ticket. Even from my email i didn’t receive. I try to contact live agent oh sht need to wait 150 people ahead. 😂
Yes there are 2 airports you can take going and leaving from Boracay, and they are called Kalibo International Airport and Caticlan Airport. Not Boracay Kalibo Airport and Boracay Caticlan Airport. And its BO-RA-KAI not BOW-RAH-CAY! Get your facts right!
@ I was with my mom back in 2019 when she booked Cebu Pacific round trip flights between Manila and Cagayan de Oro and Manila and Busuanga. I didn't like their seats that have no recline and small legroom. I'm 5 feet and 7 inches in height and the seats felt tight to me. We also experienced some flight delays with that airline.
Thank you, CEBU PACIFIC, another milestone; you always make us proud, especially us Cebuanos!

You're welcome! :) & yes I guess I got ripped off hahhaha
I have been flying with cebu pacific for years now. Never experienced a Delay .
Most delays are caused by airport management not the airlines.

Nice😂 We've got that too in Switzerland hahahah. Some of the "flights" between Zurich and Geneva are operated by SBB which is a train😂
Flew both PAL and Cebu Pacific domestically several times. Cebu Pacific self check in at Manila works fine. The pre ordered chicken burito is fine.
You can book extra leg room seats btw.
Nice! Yes, I should definitely do that next time hahaha

I didn't complain
They pay for a boarding house price and expect a 5 star hotel accomodations.
As someone that flys Cebu Pacific 2 times, I confirm that there is games on board

Poor customer service.
Cebu Pacific is the worst airline I flew with. That's just my own opinion since I flew on their A320, A321s with 230 seats and their ATR 72s.
What happened?

its a terrible airline, I fly it if i cant get airasia.
First of all where are you from and second of all why did you hate this airlines American don't hate Philippines…
