How do you change the default image used as a page header in a Kadence Started Template (free)? I'm trying to create a directory of community services in my local area, and most of the Directory plugging end up generating pages for sub categories using the template and the image used is pulled from a website and J can't seem to be able to use a more appropriate image.
Go to the customizer, the Select Post/Pages Layout, then select Archive Layout Settings (it'll list your custom post type if it is a separate post type. Select the Design Tab, look for the Archive Title Background, click on the color selector and select the Image option (it the Third Tab in the Color Selector). Add your image there. Hope that helps!
Hi Clifton, I have a question, I want to have a hero section that covers the full width but with the sidebar on, my hero section shrinks to the content. is there a way I can achieve this?
Yes, this is possible using Kadence Elements. Elements is a part of the Kadence Pro Add-on and makes this type of customization very easy.
