    you put the teflon tape on backwards. wrap it so that it doesn't try to unwind as you screw the fitting in

    Have an Oil Temp Gauge. And was wondering where and how to fit it. This looks like a Great option.

    This is exactly what NOT to do when working under a automobile. Always Always use proper Jack Stands!

    I have bought the one with an10 outlets, but need to adapt it to a 1/8 npt oil cable.. could you help and suggest what specific afaptor I need?

    NEVER run an oil cooler with a non thermostatic sandwich adapter..... cooling the oil all time isnt good...need to get oil to operating temps

      correct…just like we need thermostat to maintain efficient temp of coolant

      I used to do it too. But then i learned that older jacks couldn't hold load for a long time. The jack gave up (the seals leaked) and it slowly lowered my car back down. After witnessing that, i always use jack stands before going under it.

      @@kevinbasilio909 I can't fit any jack stand under my car... so i'm stuck using just a jack and maybe one of the ones you twist to keep the car up...
