When you go to the supplier websites, their prices are almost double. And usually for base, minimally furnished models. There is no affordable housing solution.

I'll be the judge of what's a reasonable or fair price, thank you. And I'm gonna base it on what I can afford in comparison to other expenses, how much I have in the bank, what I get paid, and how much work I can handle before I get all sore, tired, and cranky. And what it comes down to is that I can't afford to buy even a 1 bed, 1 bath tiny home, and even if I could, I still couldn't afford to buy the land for putting it on. Enough land for a tiny home shouldn't cost more than $1,000, and the 1 bed, 1 bath tiny home shouldn't cost more than $1,000 either. Welcome to reality!
