Of course the warm up might vary from person to person.. some might find this tiring while for pro players its good.. anyway, great content😃😃

This is not correct. You should warm up slowly first, not sprinting, jump smashing etc. You should jog, side to side, slow lunges followed by standing drops and lifts and band works etc.
