I still have a copy of The Face with her on the cover knocking about at home somewhere. I couldn’t bare to part with it, it was such an iconic fashion moment. ❤️

I went to the same school as Karen. She was a school year above, so won’t remember me. She lived round the corner from where I lived. I can remember walking home from school one day behind Karen. Unbeknown to her 2 boys who were also walking behind. Basically they spat on her all the way home. They were older than me so I was scared to tell them to stop.
That is so evil, I was bullied at school but I laugh at them at now, as I am successful one who is laughing at them . I was called some evil wicked names and had my clothes torn.

I think we should reach out to Vogue and ask them for a series of videos on Karen Elson. 15 minutes isn't enough to cover all the places she frequented in her early years. I agree with you, it's a shame not to be able to see more of her and her memories. Though I for one am moved by the fact she opened up about her hardships, I'm moved that she decided to go back to a place that she found it difficult to go back to. She opened up her home to us, took us to meet her dad, showed us her beginnings.... but I agree with you completely that I would have loved to see so much more of her. 15 minutes was not nearly enough.
