Yes. The Bretons and Welsh are linguistically and culturally very similar. As are the Cornish. We are part of the 'P' group or Brythonic (aka Brittonic) branch of the Celtic family. Not so long ago, Bretons used to come to Wales to sell their onions and whilst that is now a thing of the past, there is still a very strong cultural exchange between Wales and Brittany.

... and some people say that I speak too fast. The poor old cameraman had NO chance of getting it right, no chance at all. He was predestined to get it all absolutely wrong, and the lavabread was delicious.

And all taking it to "the next level" and "ingredients IN"....they all sound the same too!
Kingsley Amis also based 'The Old Devils' book on people in The Newton Inn, just up the hill from "Colin's (Pressdee I think?) bar " that Floyd is filming from.

Laverbread since it’s made from the Laver seaweed.
Keith Floyd will be bored in heaven. He already tasted all it's wonders in his dishes on earth. Sorry, That sounded really cheesy, but I mean it. The gods won't make a dish that impresses him.
