I've been looking for a pumpernickel rye bun recipe so I can make my own version of the old "Swiss Miss" hamburger at Big Boy. I will have to give this one a try. I think I have all the ingredients. Are there really 5 Tablespoons of yeast in the recipe? That seems like it may be too much, in my experience? I like how you divide the dough into 10 rolls. Thanks for the recipe video!!

Yes, it is hard to believe but pumpernickel can be heavy so 5 Tbsps of yeast is right for this recipe.
