Prayers for your family and all that you are going through. There are certainly a lot of bumps in the road on this journey of life, and it's nice that your families are close and can support one another with caring, compassion and love. Williamsburg is a favorite spot, we always enjoy our travels there, so much amazing history. Great haul Missy! :)
Was so excited to see your Flosstube and to know all is working out for you. Your mother is a very special person to have been a caregiver to your dad for so many years. My heart goes out to her with this new change in her life. I have been through all this with my own parents so I know all the emotions you have gone through and the choices and guidance we as children make. Prayers to you all with this part of the journey. 💕
Loved seeing all of the haul - WOW!!! Yeah, I love my Aida. 28 Monaco is a favorite and the lowest I can stitch in with my old eyes. Stitching is beautiful as usual!!!
I'm so excited you were able to visit my new LNS, Libertyhill Needleworks! Susan and her team are AMAZING and deserve all the kudos. She has created a wonderful environment, and the WIP Wednesdays are great and a great way to meet others in the area!! And yes, Susan did break her shoulder. We are TRYING to help her hubby keep her in line and take care of it....trying being the big word there. 😉😉
Glad you are back. Family comes first. Prayers for your parents. Enjoyed everything! Just when I think I don't need anymore patterns or thread ,I watch this. HELP!!😂

I'm so sorry to hear about your dad/father-in-law. It's tough reaching this stage of life, but how wonderful that he has the four of you to help manage things. Missy... don't know what came over me either, but for some reason I also purchased Florence Mary Dickinson myself a few weeks ago 😂. She's a very sweet sampler. I love seeing your Early Americans coming along. Kathy, I dont generally like gnomes, but your Pinecone Gnome is so cute! You're stitching on some wonderful pieces! Hope you both enjoy your time at Celebrations of Needlework!
Great to see you back! I completely understand the absence though. I hope things continue to go well for your family. It was fun to see your stitching and the great haul.

I could sit at her table and talk with her for hours! Missy what does your tee shirt say? Enjoy your weekend with your Stitchy friends!
Sorry to hear about your parents. I went through the same situation last summer. It is a tough thing to go through. It’s hard watching our parents not be able to do what they want to do because of health and age. Frustrating for them and us! So glad you are back. You have been missed.

I am so glad to see you both again! Taking care of parents is a huge task, and I am glad that you are able to find a place for your dad that is close and provides wonderful care! I took care of my mother until she passed away at 93, and now am helping with my in-laws who are almost 94! It is very time consuming and emotional, but so rewarding also. Kathy, I love your Mill Hill’s, so cute! Missy, Eleanor’s ornaments are very adorable, and I really love the charts you have chosen for the block party SAL! The haul was fantastic, and I am so glad that you had a nice vacation! I am so envious that you went to Dyeing to Stitch! That is on my bucket list for sure! It was truly wonderful to see your faces again, and I’ll be praying for you all in the care of your folks! See you both again soon!
Thinking of all of you on this journey with your parent. It was so wonderful to see you both and all of your beautiful stitching. Thank you for taking time to be with us.
Glad to see you two back. Prayers for you all on the journey you are on with your parents. Sounds like you are doing it right. Just enjoy them and spending time with them, listening to their stories and memories. We have just lost the last of my husband's and mine's parents this year; we took the time with all of them and the memories are treasured!
Sending prayers and healing hugs to your dad, mom and all of you. When we lost my mom, it was definitely a journey for my dad to find his new normal. My dad will be 82 on July 3…I certainly understand how life can be. Make sure you are taking care of yourselves as well. ❤❤

Your needle work is inspiring. So happy to have “known” you for the last several years. May God bless you both now and always!❤️😍❤️
I want to the chorus of comments about Library Stitchers Retreat......what a wonderful life experience. My best friend from high school and through life(we are both 72). We had not stitched sinc the 80's. I have been watching flosstube s forever the last several years. My hub does died 7 years go therefore the flosstube. Community became my "friends" although onesided I felt like you all were visiting in my home. I have watched Two Needles Pulling Threads from your first episode. Reason: your chemistry is incredible. Well to make. Long story a little shorter.... my friend and I grew up in Aroostook County making it so easy to relate to fellow Mainer's. We were at the back table by the doors.... th "virgin" table. I was the white haired girl it's my hair up, using two canes. My friend was the very pretty girl with the short white hair. We were amazed at the easy feeling of fitting in. There is a kindred spirit that filled that room. The amazing thing was hearing th constant laughing and giggling..... I walked over to get a chart from on of the trunk shows..... it was sold out so I pulled my phone out of my pocket to take a picture so i could find it later or order it. Unknown to me I dropped. 20.00 bill out of my pocket because I as carrying cash. A girl from one of the front tables saw it on the floor and rush to return it to me. I did not even know I dropped it!!!! Another thing that happened.... I think it my have been a member of your team..... first day at lunch rushed up almost immediately to carry my lunch plate. All I can say is Wooooooooooooo Hooooooooooooooo I certainly hope we make the cut again!!!!!! Thank All you girls so much!!!!!!!
My thoughts and prayers are with you. We took care of our mom and dad with alzheimer for several years with the help of a caregiver during the day monday thru friday. as all 3 of us sisters were still working. We each stayed a week at the time at night and all weekend. It was so hard seeing them this way but don't regret for a minute we got to spend with them. Beware there can be a violent stage and it is heartbreaking but they don't realize it.Just take it one day at a time and enjoy the time with them.
It was great to see you ladies back! It’s hard when our parents get older and their care needs to addressed for their safety. My mom was in a nursing home due to Alzheimer’s. It was very hard on my dad but was the best decision. I will be praying for your mom and dad. Missy, love all your purchases!!!! Quite a hall. Have a wonderful week ladies…..Debbie
Thanks for sharing your stitches. I’ll be praying for your family, your Mom and Dad with all the adjustments you will all be going through. I took care of my Mom for 10 years and it was an adjustment for our whole family. You each will make a difference in your parents life.
In Teresa Kogut’s last video, about 2 weeks ago, when she talked about the bunnies, I think she mentioned that black perforated paper was back somewhere, I couldn’t go back and find it but I heard it in her last video.
Hi Missy! Hi Kathy! This is Cindy of Farmhouse Flossies and Such! Thanks so much for the L♡VE!! Just a little tip... you mentioned doing a full "X" with the Grungy Patina. That is correct but you are going to want to do that with all of your Farmhouse Flossies because of the Variegated colors in each one. You will get a much better result! 😊❤
So nice to see you two back, prayers sent for the life changes in your family and Missy it was like Christmas morning watching your haul! Kathy I am excited to see your craft room and your hair looked so cute, just had to tell you!
Heartfelt thoughts and prayers. Yes, have been down this road... BUT, GOD... He will provide, practice self care and grace and know that you have many people praying for you. My parents made it to 60 years before we lost dad, what a treasure and blessing. Thanks for a great video!!
Working on Santa’s Delivery now! I was lucky enough to find black perforated paper during Jingle Ball. Chantelle’s wood pieces are great…mine are all painted and ready to go. Will d9 bunnies down the road.
The stitchers that meet at the Hudson, NH library will be at Celebrations on Saturday at 10 am until whenever. Maybe the Maine and NH library stitchers will cross paths. Enjoy!
I have that book! America's Best Cross Stitch. I plan on starting Christian's Sampler at some point soon. I have never done a SAL before as I don't have any stitchy friends and I'm not on Instagram or anything, but it would be fun to know that we're stitching the same thing and I'll try to keep up 😁
Many thoughts and prayers to your families and the one providing care. I just started my block piece but really don't remember what group is sponsoring this SAL and is it only on instagram? Great video, glad to have you both back.
Great to see you two back and sounds like you are so graciously taking care of your mom and dad and I hope all goes well with that situation. Your progress on both of your alls projects are so pretty. Enjoy upcoming stitching time, and we will see you soon!
I am glad to see you back. Family is everything and it is more important than anything else. I was so thrilled to meet you at the library stitchers and I hope to see you again at another one. You mentioned you did a recap video of the retreat but I can't find it. Was it a flosstube. I don't see any of your husband anymore either. Have a great couple of weeks and I'll be waiting on your next show. Lol
thinking of you as you go through this journey. I think it is Molly from Linen and scraps that is doing the sampler from the book but I can't remember which one it is.
Your family is in my thoughts and prayers. Our family dealt with both mine and my husband’s Dads transitioning to dependent living facilities last year. (I’m with you Missy, I don’t do Halloween stitching either.😬)
Americas Best Cross Stitch book - I ordered while whomever talked about it was talking about it. I think it was for Mary’s Sampler, I could be wrong. I’m in for a SAL since I have the book. I’m also doing the 12 month Primrose SAL, because I have it kitted up so why not 😆. You picked some great patterns, especially the Patriotic ones. My youngest is a sailor and I couldn’t be more proud and it’s always time to add to my display regardless of the time of year. Thanks for another great video. Nothing is more important than family, you be where you need to be, many of us have been there and understand. Happy Stitching!
Loved spending the evening with you too! Happy to see you back!
Oh my gosh!!! I’m so excited to win!!!! Thank you ladies so much!!!! Yay!!! I can’t believe it!!! I sure have missed you ladies!!! I’ll send my information to you all! Have a great and blessed week!

Some online shop I checked for black perforated paper had a note it would be available at the end of June. Wish I could remember where I saw that.
Many thoughts and prayers to your families and the one providing care. I just started my block piece but really don't remember what group is sponsoring this SAL and is it only on instagram? Great video, glad to have you both back.
Loved all the haul! Prayers for your family.
Thank you so much!
Great to see you two back and sounds like you are so graciously taking care of your mom and dad and I hope all goes well with that situation. Your progress on both of your alls projects are so pretty. Enjoy upcoming stitching time, and we will see you soon!
Thank you so much!
Lol
Thank you! We enjoyed meeting you also. The recap just posted and Mike’s made an appearance or two on my instagram.
thinking of you as you go through this journey. I think it is Molly from Linen and scraps that is doing the sampler from the book but I can't remember which one it is.
Thank you!
Your family is in my thoughts and prayers. Our family dealt with both mine and my husband’s Dads transitioning to dependent living facilities last year. (I’m with you Missy, I don’t do Halloween stitching either.😬)
Thank you so much!
The Pine Cone Gnome is awesome. The Fall On The Farm is beautiful. Prayers for your Family. Happy stitching!
Thank you so much!
Your Fall On The Farm looks so much more vibrant than mine. It’s really beautiful. ❤
Oh thank you!
Thank you
It was Molly from Linen and Scraps. I want her colors. They are gorgeous. Got my book too. We are so easily influenced!! 😊
@@susandupree5431 very easily 😆
54:50 Lallybrach is from Outlander too! The books & tv series are fabulous!
Try Hershner’s (sp?) for black perforated paper….i think I saw it there.
