I like English pronunciation, especially yours. It’s just clear and natural words witch really nice to my ears. Maybe I should’ve got American upbringing. But I live quite far away from English speaking countries, and I can receive what I want by myself with my diligence and countless trying of improvement.
Your students are happy to have you... I've never seen so interesting teacher in my life. You love teaching, so it motivates and inspires us. Thanks so much.
Thanks Bob. Call someone up? what does that mean? like he called me up. I know it has nothing to do with your lesson Thanks for taking your time Bob the Canadian
Howdy Bob. My name is Yulian. It's a pleasure to learn English with you. By the way, does anybody mind to hit one’s studies of English with patience and labor? Say, because it’s not a native’s speaking way or something? Is it clear for understanding: "to hit one's studies", "to hit with patience and labor"? Kind regards.
Sometimes we say, "hit the books". That might be the phrase you are looking for. Eg: I'm going to hit the books hard this year and do really well at University.
Thanks a lot. Actually I wasn't looking for the phrase; nevertheless thank you for it. Sometimes we need a respond on how we express ourselves: clearly, in an appropriate way or weird. Not from a linguistic point of view. I mean how understandable, catchable we are expressing our moods. Anyway, it's a pleasure to study English with you. Kind regards.
Why do you say "someone says" as if someone is singular and the say " that they" as if plural. I just don't get it. Do you mind if you explain that to me?

Yeah, we say that. Like I'm going to call someone up about the broken refrigerator. The "up" is optional. You can also just call someone.
