SonicFan3600000 I think characters are balanced enough in their own way. Mario is good in everything. Luigi is same but higher jump+slightly slower falling. (true with less speed and traction) Toad has awesome traction and speed but can't ride Yoshi. Peach can float over pits easily but can't spinjump or ride Yoshi. Link has powerful weapons that are good for bosses, but he's bad at platforming because of his speed and jump.
different types of os (like windows or macosx or linux etc) have smbx run differently, i beleive you can use decimal values but they wont work on windows
the reskin for this level appears to use peach bombs for a sort of bowser shell, and so the people who made this world didn't think everything through :\

i know this comment is 5 years old but he was not cheating, the speed of bowser jr was supposed to move at a speed of 2.1, but smbx on windows says "screw decimals!" and reads it as 21, making bowser jr clip through the walls, the only way this boss would actually be beatable was to fix it by changing it to 2

a RAR file is an archive, like .zip or .tar.gz, just extract it with an archive program capable of parsing .rar files, my personal favorite is 7zip

If you press the "alt-run" button you can actually hold your fireball but that only works if you are either Peach or Toad.
