Single NPC changes is like custom graphic changes, you can check The Invasion 2 as of how they did it as an example. Also to publish your episode you need to put your whole smbx episode in a zip folder then upload it to a file hoster site like dropbox, google drive, mediafire, etc. then get their link so anyone can access to that file and download it.
