Kia is a CLASS ACT, very humble great human being. I played in a $5-$10 game with him for 4 years in Melbourne Florida 2008-2012. I've been living in Nicaragua the past 10 years. I miss our group of regulars at Melbourne Greyhound Park but LOVE living in Nicaragua. I learned ALOT from Kia about tournament poker and he's a very aggressive cash player. MUCH RESPECT for my good friend.

I don't play poker much but the decisions by these players seem non-optimal. Why would you ever reraise with the 2nd best hand? The only person who's going to call is someone who has a better hand.

I'm wondering what's the top prize when you get it when you're the ship leader or when you're the last one cuz I think they have different types of tournaments I don't know what that was the one that on the brother just won so I'm just wondering what do the prices be because that damn pop was worth 23 million

No, the chip values aren't real money, although they could be winning that much depending on the tournament. It's a bit weird that they assign dollar values to the chips really when they show it on TV.
They'd have paid a much lower entry fee, maybe $5K, $10K or $25K and got a certain amount of chips. Still a lot of money, but there's ways to qualify through satellite tournaments for a lot less. I once qualified for an EPT event with a 4,000 euro buy-in online through a £10 satellite.
