I loved how your husband, after you poured him a cup of tea first, almost started to drink it and then stopped. Out of respect for you, he waited until you poured tea in your cup and you both toasted and drank the tea together. Most respectable and considerate. Truly a gentleman. You both are most gracious!

I love everything about this! I love the slow-living vibe to it, I love the Swedish vibe he brings in the moment of how he looks at nature, I love her vintage pin-up style of fashion, make-up, and hair, I love their little Addams Family beautiful Victorian like graveyard in their backyard, and the fact that they call their house their little cottage and give it a cottage feel to it! Omg they are living my dream all in one! I never knew such as this could exist! I thought it was all in my head! This brings me hope. I want to be y'alls Mrs. Munster next door 😭😭😭

Awww so glad you pointed out that clip of our Cobweb Critter "Tibby" the chipmunk🐿️ We always get to watch him through our kitchen window over the backyard graveyard and with our new camera we could finally get a really fun close up shot of him scratching himself, which is how we always know that it's Tibby! 🐿️

You live so deliciously, I’m inspired to do the same, to live life and make home authentically, interacting with my environment and experiencing everything it has to offer. To memorize the smell of rain and wet leaves, to smile at the animals and birds I catch glimpses of, to carry each and every spider hiding in my corners outside. I want to cherish and belong to nature again. I want to be proud to be an earthling.
This is going to make me cry 😭 the cottage life has taught us how to be intune with nature and the seasons of life (even down to the spiders) 🕸️

💋Always such a pleasure to watch! So beautifully shot and narrated. My favorite season all the fantastic colors, taste and smells. The earthy smell of falling leaves. We would jump into massive piles of raked leaves when I was a kid. Given the opportunity I would do it now. I love all the wild life you film. There are plenty where I live too. That little red fox is a rare sighting in my area anyway. I have only seen one in my whole life. Usually the silver are more common here. I love the cute videos and would love to see a full tour of the cottage. I live in a 1760s house in New Hampshire and love our beautiful colonial but I would like to move to a small cottage for retirement. Great way to to live and great for the earth .

It's the pumpkin patch stew from the cookbook but we didn't use meat and added more veggies like summer squash instead, delicious!

It's a good question! We only know it had the dutch style shingled siding and it's from the 1920s 🕸️
