Great review. I collect any Navaja with a clip but this beautiful knife comes with a reasonable weight, Ti handles and Magnacut steel. You did it again, I am on two waitlists
and feel a bit guilty because my Rockstead Higo II just arrived. Memorial Day always takes me back in time to 1967 and my time in service. Good and sad memories come together.Thanks for all your excellent review.

I believe Navaja translates as razor so maybe Razon is a play on that. Like the thumb plate. Thanks for sharing.

I'd like to know the "razon" for why there is no budget version of this knife in say, 14c28n? Razon is the Spanish word for "reason". Gaucho is, to my knowledge, a term for cowboys of the Southern Cone of South America (Argentina, Uruguay, Brazil). The French word for reason is "raison" as in "raison d'etre".

@@OGBladeReviews De rien! I do love that blade shape and the overall shape of the knife...even better than the terrific huge navaja style folder from...B'yond EDC? I think the model is called Nighthorse? For 30$ you get 14c28n huge navaja style folder (a bit too large for edc, but a budget version of this one would be perfect).
Yeah that disk makes me not want to buy it because I just know its going to be the most annoying thing to take out of my pocket.
