Subject: Request for Extension of Biometric Appointment Letter Expiry Date
Dear Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) Team,
I am writing to formally request an extension of the expiry date on my biometric appointment letter, which is currently set to expire today. Over the course of the past month, I have diligently attempted to secure a biometric appointment slot through the VFS system. However, I have encountered persistent challenges in accessing the necessary scheduling due to what appears to be an overload on the VFS platform or possible technical issues. Despite my earnest efforts, I have been unable to secure an appointment within the stipulated timeframe.
I got appoinment letter for 18th of september 2023. Kindly generate me a new BVL.
