Hi Sir, So once I submit this deferred letter, will they issue my Visa accordingly, ex:- Deffered to Spring intake and applying for Deferral in November and the Visa office will consider this and provide a visa approval for Spring?
If the webform is assessed by IRCC then you can get Visa according to new LoA... Otherwise you will have to extend Visa after coming to Canada...

I got my passport stamped for may 22 intake but had to defer to may 23 intake, I will receive new loa from college by october, should I raise the webform immediately after receiving loa or just before leaving for toronto in April 23? My current stamp on passport is valid till sept 23. Also, I will have to renew my medical, so can I upload the new medical in the same webform which i will raise for new loa or should i raise seperate webforms for loa and medical? If I can add medical and loa in the same webform, then which option should i select, technical difficulties or replacement documents? Hoping you can clear my doubts! Thank you so much!

Hi sir, i have reapplied after refusal and deferred jan 2022 to sept 2022 but not webform raised when received new loa and got message of procedural fairness (mentioned specially new loa ). They have given link active for 10 days , I uploaded new loa . Will it effect in getting study permit or ban . Please reply sir

Submit new LoA now and send Passport for stamping ... higher chances are that you will get visa from previous intake but there is no harm in sharing new LoA with IRCC before stamping

Previously, I submitted my updated LOA through webform, but they did not get and now IRCC requested me to submit my updated LOA, but I submitted through webform instead of GCKEY. Did it create any problem?
If there is a field open in your GCkey then you will have to submit your updated LOA in GCkey only . If any slot is not available then submit through webform.

My visa was approved and stamped before I got my new LOA ( request a deferral intake from Fall2022 (Sep2022-Dec2022) to winter 2023(Jan2023-Apr2023) instead.) If I submit my web form to IRCC with new LOA. Would it make my existing visa become invalid? Or can I just travel to Canada with my new LOA without webform IRCC?

I have a tricky question. I got my student visa on January 2023 and went on April 2023. But returned to home country informing the college I want to take withdraw due to personal reasons after going to Canada in May 2023. I have got a new offer letter from same college for September 2023 intake. Can i move to Canada with old visa and new offer letter. Will I get any issue in the immigration at airport. Shall i have to inform IRCC?

I've made a mistake in my resume which I've attached with my file for student visa permit in my resume I've mentioned my organisation name as suppose ABC but it's actual name is XYZ and in imm form also I've mentioned XYZ only also with experience letter of XYZ. It's just a mistake in my resume will it affect my profile? What should I do in this case please help should I fill this webform ?
If visa officer gets the Offer Letter then it can be a problem..

Today I got a reply from my webform they requested my updated LOA.
I lodged my file on 25th april for September intake but didn’t get my visa so I have deferred it to January intake. I also raised one enquiry about my application status on august through webform, and they replied my webform by requesting my updated LOA and mail it to them as a reply.
Is that a good sign?

yes, if you are deferred for more than 1 time then you need to upload that to ircc.

If you are deferred for 1 sem then it is not required but if you are deferred for more than 1 intake then it is mandatory.

I have received my passport stamp after the date of program start so i had to defer my intake from Winter 2022 to Fall 2022.

It is not mandatory to share with IRCC if deferment is of 4 months... just travel with new LoA..

Since my last deferment date( fall 22 intake) is 12th sept 2022. So if i dont get a decision on my study permit till 10th sept. So i’ll fill deferment form and i’ll get deferred to September 23. So when shall i raise the web form to update ircc about my deferment? after i get new LOA from college or before that i get the new LOA?

@@jr9439 @Sheetal Soni my situation is worse. I deferred to Sept 2023 from Sept 2022. I apply SP on 19 July 2022 and still pending for new LOA. The university told me the new LOA will only be given in early 2023. I cannot wait that longer which will affect my visa decision. But my deferral request is already approved, only waiting for new LOA. So my question is, can I upload the screenshot from my university account where showing the deferral request has been approved and then once I have original LOA then I submit the new LOA?
I did my upfront medical but got request for additional tests. It took me 3 months to get all the additional test results. Now I cannot upload the medical result because I still did not receive the new LOA.
I scare if submit only the medical result, my visa decision will come and if everything ok, if I get PPR, they will stamp my passport from Sept 2022 instead of Sept 2022.
Can you please suggest me what should I do?

@@md.faiazarman1392 I think our situation are almost the same, only that your timeline got mixed up with mine.
I also got additional examinations during my medical, which also took 3 months.
To give you insight,
I did all the requirements for SP before March, (IELTS, LOA, Medical + 3 Months Additional) before submitting my application on March. I received a lteer saying the status of my SP will be given on early August.
In late August, still no news, so I contacted my DLI. They say I should defer my intake, so I did. The problem, I'll also only get my LOA by early 2023 because the slots for my program for WInter 2023 were already full. So instead, I can only apply for Fall 2023, which admission starts in December..
I have no choice, I can't really change my program because it's the reason why I want to study in Canada.
So I applied for defer and have to wait for December 5.
Early October, I got my SP approved.
I asked my DLI if they could give me LOA, but they said I have to wait for December 5...
I asked advise from someone and they said not to contact IRCC unless I have new LOA>..
Important is, I'm not in Canada yet.. So I think there's no problem with deferral as long as I don't travel to Canada with more than 150 days to wait for my classes to start...
@@jr9439 Thanks for explaining your situation. You are lucky indeed. I just raised webform yesterday showing the screenshot of the email from University saying I will only get the new offer letter/LOA in early 2023. I also added the screenshot of my University account showing my deferral request has been approved.
I asked someone and he said to raise a webform with these screenshots and attaching an explanation letter. I hope I did not make a mistake by doing so :(
