I need help right now I receive my biometric letter 3 days ago about to book appointment but if I enter the IRCC number it indicates that the number is already use . I emailed VFS global but they said they are having issued of booking appointment now I don’t know where to book appointment.

I received my biometric letter 24hours after I summited my application but I didn't receive for my spouse and I paid for the biometric together has family biometric.. should I go ahead book appointment for my own or wait till my wife receive her biometric letter? Please tell me what to do
If you are sure you did the payment and you received conformation, you just have to wait or try writing the Canadian consulate about it.

Please I am having issues booking my biometrics appointment with VFS. I am a first-time user and selected new user, filled in my details but when I typed in my password and moved to confirm the password the initial password I typed changed automatically to another long password I could not see. I proceeded to confirm and still typed the same password I typed earlier and the same thing happened. I tried to redo it over and over but it kept on coming up. longer. After several trials, I went ahead to click submit but it could not be submitted. This kept on going and after a several trial to submit I got blocked. I waited for some time to get unblocked. This time I was able to submit it with a different password generated from the system other than what I typed. I went to my mail to activate my account but no mail was sent. I have done it serverally but never received any email hence I am on able to book an appointment. Kindly advise me on what to do. Thank you.
I've been experiencing the same issue since morning using the Online option, I had to book an appointment using the Email option and not online, and I haven't still received any confirmation email yet. Still, it said submitted successfully, so I hope I get a confirmation email by tomorrow. You can also try the method I used.

Not at all .. you will need to receive a biometric letter from the IRCC before you can be able to present your self for biometric collection. And the biometric letter is only issued after which you have submitted your application.
