This is the studio version. I wish it was live! It’s American Bandstand. Sembello had it ALL! I need to go look him up. He should have been a huge solo artist. 🤔

He's even double tracking himself in the chorus. The hammer ons and tapping on the guitar solo is totally identical. It even faded out at the end. No live band rehearses fading out exactly like the record, they come up with an ending. I mean, this is so obviously the original recording I sort of doubt your sincerity and I think you're probably just trolling.
