People complain when Oda took his time in WCI and now people complain when he is actually condensing certain information to get the crazy amount of content quickly. I would love for Wano to be 200 chapters long fleshing out each and every aspect of the country but that's not feasible. I am Ok with the pacing of this chapter. It reflects the craziness of everything that is happening and every faction getting ready for all out war.

Fire Festival is going to fail miserably in Act 3. In Kabuki, Act 3 includes tragedy, while Act 4 contains battles. So they're gonna get their shit rocked. They will have to lick their wounds and somehow find the time to rehabilitate. That is when the Marines, the Grand Fleet, Blackbeard, and the rest of Big Mom's forces ALL converge on Wano, and turn this into the WAR that makes Marineford look like a skirmish.

I think the Grand Fleet could have seen Luffy's vivre card burning when he got the virus some chapters back and was really sick before Chopper healed him. That could have alerted at least some of them to start moving to the direction of wano. And now it has been plenty of time to them to voyage towards wano, they even might pop up right when stuff gets dire at the port. :)
Or maybe even back when Luffy got KO'd by Kaido, would be weird if at least Bartholomeo wouldn't have noticed changes in the vivre card. :O

I feel like now's the time for those bombardment of hype moments when the act ends and we definitely need that grand fleet, pretty sure it's happening. It's gonna be interesting to see who's the traitor because pointing at Law is too easy. Plus maybe we can see what was the end result at the reverie. Overall, this was an amazing chapter and boy that pace.

1. I heard a few times that the person giving Orochi the intel he knows is Shinobu. It makes perfect sense. She really does want to get rid of Law as hinted at in this chapter and she even might have purposefully tried to foil up Law’s plan in that one chapter before on purpose. It would make sense for her to try and separate Law from the whole alliance because he has proven before to be a master tactician. Also, after looking at the panel at the end, she does stick out like a sore thumb. Oda might have done that on purpose, just like how he makes the Celestial Dragons ugly for symbolism. And can we really trust her? She is the only one in that panel that is not one of the nine red scabbards or Momonoske and thus she has not actually proven to us her loyalty to Oden.
2. I think Zoro might have did an oopsie because Luffy and the Strawhats are planning to use the Sunny to get to Onigashima, but it is parked on the Kuri beach coast and Zoro just sliced that coast if I read that correctly. So my theory is that if Kinemon and the others sail for Onigashima before the Strawhats do and they take all of the ships with them, then the Strawhats have no ship and cannot help out in the war until or if they find a solution. If this comes to pass, then I suspect that some of the sheaths and a lot of the other men will be massacred by Kaido’s upper forces because Zoro and Luffy are the only ones that can take down the calamities and Kaido and the other Strawhats are also one of the bigger forces against the Beast pirates. This would make sense because a lot of us are confident that the raid will be the climax of the arc and will be an epic fail at first like it is in a lot of One Piece arcs.
Maybe that's why Law had that face he realized Shinobu is the traitor.

What Grandpa Hyo wanted to teach Luffy was an advanced technique of Ryo/Haki where you can "generate" it outside of your body to create shields or be more powerful when attacking.
Luffy flew past that and generated an even more advanced technique that actually penetrates foreign objects and subjects.
What Zoro can do for now is still the basic Ryo/Haki.
He misses a lot of details

The power gap has been very wide between luffy and his crew even as early as enies lobby. But at this point, all of the crew really does need to learn some form of haki or get them some new powers during this upcoming war.

Zoro vs Kaido was forshadowed in many chapters and covers, and Luffy and Zoro fought a dragon in Punk Hazard.

Speculation:
Probably the Red Scabbards and Hiyori will get captured and sent for execution on the Fire Festival at the Flower Capital.
The 9 Shadows are that of the Straw Hat Pirates that will come to their rescue.
Shogun will be beaten.
We saw plenty of new possible recruits today in the workers + the 1000 from the prison at the flower capital.
If the Shogun announces their execution, the remaining 5k will be random workers and volunteers who won't need to know the previous meeting point if they just join at the FC.
They will then camouflage to be the Shogun's 10k army with Franky's ships being able to transport 10k soldiers.
Raid on Onigashima starts after the fall of the Shogun.
Grand Fleet will come in as well via the hidden port for a total of 15k on the alliance's side.

Honestly, it took luffy and zoro 2 years to get a good handle on haki. Sanji could also use it somewhat competently in that time. But Oda messed up in not having the rest of the straw hats learn it in time. Since if they haven't taken lessons from the monster trio in the few months since they got to the new world, it'd make the trio look really bad if any of the straw hats got competent in Haki in weeks or months before the end of the manga. Guys u keep forgetting that the Strawhat Grandfleet is not that strong. They are 5000 fodder strong ,the top people all struggled against the doflamingo family except Cavendish but yeah.
A lot of the kaido troops are even worse fodder my dude.
Well most of the Kaidos forces are also fodder so they need fodder to fight Kaidos fodder :p

Don’t forget that each of the Straw Hat Grand Fleet’s captains have a Vivre card of Luffy, so they could find him if he’s ever in trouble.
When Luffy literally got one-shotted by Kaido, his Vivre card probably started to burn, which caused the captains to start sailing immediately in his direction.
Good catch though man. I didn’t even think about the 10,000 number Franky mentioned, and the S.H.G.F. It makes perfect sense though!
To add to this, Luffy realized Ace was in trouble because of Ace’s Vivre card burning. At that point, Ace was only at Impel-Down wearing seastone handcuffs.
Luffy was wearing a weaker version of seastone handcuffs while in Udon’s prison. I’m assuming either the one-shot to knock out Luffy, or the seastone handcuffs would cause Luffy’s Vivre card to start burning.
Maybe Rebecca is back from Revire and she brought back Vivi and Shirahoshi. Maybe Bege will see them somehow.
Katsu Imagitian Vivi and Shirahoshi are already captured at Reverie. That's what the unexpected event was about. We'll get revealed to it in the next chapter.

I remember about 6 or 7 years ago I was arguing with someone on UA-cam comments over whether or not the Diable Jambe and Asura were haki based abilities, and they said it was "obvious" that something else would explain those abilities. I'm pretty convinced now that both Sanji and Zoro have been able to use Ryou unknowingly for a very long time, and that it can manifest in different forms. Otherwise Oda would have to introduce some other means whereby these attacks can be performed which would just be too convoluted in my opinion. Only reason Luffy never used Ryou might be because he's so used to using his bare fists.
Just the thought of d Straw Hat Grand Fleet being a possibility gives me goose bumps... 😨
After getting a new sword there's always a learning curve for Zoro before he tames it so I'm expecting Zoro to struggle quite a bit with the feature of Enma trying to drain his haki. Also, will he take the Nidai?

Theory: SH allience and scrubbers are going to lose 1st fight against Kaido, but Law will save the SHs and than Law, Drake, Kid and SHs with grand fleet are going to start their 2nd attack with more power-ups and with Marines arriving will finally make Kaido lose
Koushirou (51yr) is around the same age as the other red scabbers. He left wano in search for help in defeating kiado after their defeat 20 yrs ago. He found the village started by Shimotsuki Kouzaburou (50 years ago) and started a Isshin Dojo. He later gave food and supplies to the Revolutionary Army (RA) with the hope they help him free Wano one day. Revolutionaries may be the “x” factor that helps Luffy beat Kiado and Big Mama. Picture a fight between Dragon and a yonko.

Remember how kinemon was told we have total 4200 people on their side and then Franky said we should make ships to hold 10000 people, and when he was told that was waste of efforts and time, but Franky said no loss in being extra, seems to be a foreshadowing that Luffy's great pirate fleet will soon come to wano as well. and this extra 5800 people probably bit of whitebeard remnant pirates including Marco and such along with 5000 grand fleets of Luffy will join in the battle. And as the narrator said its time for the war that will change the fate of the world itself, I guess this is worth the effect here.
There is a possibility that the Grand Fleet are already on their way to Wano, as Luffy was in pretty rough shape after losing to Kaidou. They would of saw that he's weak and came rushing while Luffy got locked up in Udon. Alternatively, they could of been on their way since Whole Cake Island and Luffy vs Katakuri.
