It is a combination of certain physical and emotional symptoms that many women suffer from, approximately 2 weeks before their menstrual cycle begins.

Thanks Dr.Neha for sharing the symptoms during PMS. Is there something we can do to reduce these symptoms. As 2 common symptoms that I always have is insomnia and emotional outbursts
Hope you got the answer in the following video. But just a mention about the role of healthy diet, regular exercise and some meditation along with calcium/ vit D supplements, can help reduce symptoms. If emotional symptoms predominate, then ofcourse, short term anti anxiety medications can help.

This cycle my breast pain started 10 days after my period? Could this be normal. It started 4 days before I ovulated and it still hurts. My period doesn’t start for another two weeks..

My symptoms are unbearable every month. So searched on Amzn and found amazing medicine. I took evening primrose for 5 months and it helped ; I didn’t feel anything painful for 5 months( breast tenderness, low back or upper pack), but I had a severe side effects of the pill: I was hungry and sleepy all the time and put me a lot of weight. I gained 10 lbs within that time period. So I had to stop taking those pills😩😩

Ma'am two weeks before my period my both breasts feel so heavy.. also it's sensitive. Nipples are too sensitive. And yesterday night I squeezed one nipple and a very tiny amount white discharge came out.. will it go after my period this month????

Cyclical breast pain can happen due to PMS. But best to get yourself examined once by a gynecologist

cyclical breast tenderness is a feature of PMS. dont worry but take some medical support if it bothers you too much
recording the symtoms in a diary for 3 months and noticing the relation between breast pain and period timings helps to make a diagnosis of PMS. there is no lab test to make this diagnosis

Please first do a pregnancy test if not getting period. Best would be to get a Gynae checkup done and get everything evaluated
