Yes, kind of a pain to ship but can easily go for over $100 and be purchased at a low price. Seen these at thrift stores and estate sales mostly. Sometimes even new sealed. You can also get sealed VHS graded now. If that was a 10, I have seen some go for a thousand. Its like $30 to get graded and could double or 10x the value.
Clothing is almost impossible to find in North Carolina. I see 3 and 4 people every time I hit any thirft store in wnc going through clothing...I never found a all over nascar print t shirt. But found a zojirushi new bread maker for 25...sold on ebay 247.50 plus shipping and got positive feedback...it's kind what area your in as to what you find.

Great stuff! Thanks for sharing tips! I have one... I can't help but wonder if some quilts aren't being undersold. My mom does long arm quilting now, & she can get $250 for a nice Queen size that she makes, and $100- $150 just for turning a quilt top into a quilt. The hand-stitched lovelies can go way way high. We have one worth over $1k from the hubs grandmother ~ It's something else! That like new beauty sold for just $110? I usually think ebay is best, but maybe Etsy is best for quilts? Tons of time, materials ($$$), and talent/skill goes into making each one!
I love all of the eye-openers, but it's also important to admit that I can't be an expert on everything, so I'll keep to my niche area and research everything else. Yeah I worked for Barneys New York I sold and purchased golden goose sneakers I own 5 pairs they also make boots the sneakers and boots are meant to look beat up they come with black scuffs on the rubber and parts of the leather have worn out spots

@@scotthillegass8348 totally, we are lucky we are able to leverage our following a bit. I think it's a big factor when it comes to us running shows like whatnot but on ebay it's not as much as you'd think. Definitely helps tho, we should mention it more, you're right.
some good things that you would only likely find on a return pallet. Is Toro 60v outdoor lawn equipment. My brother bought a pallet of mixed outdoor equipment. Most of the batteries were junk but the tools were still worth good money. The chainsaw tool only sold in a few days for $120 and one with a battery for $164 plus ship. Other electric blowers for $90. Not being afraid to ship big things pays.
I would be careful with the helmets. I have chat chain from ebay asking about helmets including motorcycle and sports helmets like football and lacrosse and they told me you are absolutely not allowed to sell them unless you have a special approval from ebay which they could not explain to me how to get it (even though with the lacrosse helmets there were over 500 active used listings). They said this can lead to actions including temporary suspension to permanent account ban. We won't touch them just to protect our account. Our local Play it Again sports will buy them though so they are decent pickups still. Thanks!

Asking for trouble with the car radios...sold on ebay motors for 15 years stopped doing radios. If you are o.k. with possibly refunding that $255, than o.k. but if you aren't in a position to do that on a regular basis, you should avoid unless you can test them or know for a fact that they work. Just my opinion...also if you aren't marking them somehow people will send their old ones back.

I think what many people need to realize is that these items may sell if you have a UA-cam channel with lots of followers and link your EBay store on your channel. Otherwise it's not really selling like that. Let's be honest.
