- Assalamualaikum, and hello youtuber's. posting kali ini, saya akan kongsikan dengan anda. Macam mana nak rebuild/repair kompressor wira 1.5. Model kompressor ini ialah 10PA15C. Kompressor ini mempunyai masaalah leaking / kebocoran gas pada bahagian depan kompressor.
Kos untuk tukar sebiji kompressor juga agak tinggi.
Bagi saya, kalau boleh repair. Kenapa perlu tukar baru. Yang rosak hanya lips seal yang berada di bahagian depan kompressor. Spare part pun senang cari. By the way, saya mengguna kan user manual dari DENSO untuk panduan tukar komponen dalam kompressor. Setakat ini, masih cemerlang.

0:08:10 - Buka screw bolt 10mm pada clutch plate kompressor / Remove the center bolt 10mm
0:08:24 - Remove the clutch plate and the shims
0:08:46 - Remove the external snap ring
0:09:00 - Remove the magnetic coil snap ring
0:09:18 - Remove the coil wire harness
0:09:35 - Remove the 5 compressor head bolts using 6 millimeters hex socket
0:10:07 - Location of the lip's seal
0:10:25 - Broken lips seal
0:10:37 - Pull off the front section of the compressor
0:10:45 - One of the large o-rings in front of the case
0:10:53 - The center o-ring
0:11:02 - Clean the surfaces of the O-Ring, both front cover and the center body
0:11:28 - Coat the new o-ring with compressor oil
0:12:08 - Put back all the valve plates in place
0:12:32 - Remove the lip's seal snap ring
0:12:49 - Push the lip seal using a screwdriver
0:12:49 - Use 22mm deep socket to press down the lips seal
0:13:34 - Coat the inner wall of the compressor
0:13:40 - Letak minyak kompressor pada lip's seal
0:13:52 - Tolak lip's dengan menggunakan depan deep socket sahaja
0:14:20 - Pasang semula snap ring lip's seal
0:14:50 - Gunakan lip's seal protector ketika memasang lip's seal
0:15:16 - Pegang kompresser atas dan bawah dan terbalikkan kompressor
0:15:30 - Ganti O-Ring di bahagian belakang kompressor
0:17:00 - Ketatkan 5 screw bolt pada kepala kompressor
0:17:55 - Ketatkan screw dengan torque yang ditetapkan. 21 newton-metre
0:19:05 - Ganti O-Ring bahagian atas

Salam bang, nak tanya, untuk iswara sanden SD507, compressor system R134a. Berapa jumlah minyak perlu masukkan kalau kesuluruhan minyak dikeluarkan. Dan minyak jenis apa yg perlu dimasukkan balik?

Kalau bila on aircond, compressor bunyi bising berdesing macam motobot, agak-agak apa masalah? Tapi Suhu masih sejuk.

bearing pulley+belting... se try on a/c .. letak air sket kt belting.. senyap sket or same masih bunyik..

tukar bearing je bos.. gas x perlu keluarkan.. video nya ada ni.. tgh edit.. 1..2 hari lg keluar.. :)
@@pro2chilox yaa sya dh tukar bearing clutch boskurrr...tpi sblum on mmg xada bunyi,,lepas on je terus kluar bunyi...sya bt dkt wira,,xcabut compressor..
on bunyi.. kompressor tu bos.. try overhoul, mane le taw masih boleh diselamatkan lg..
dlm kompressor x de bearing bos.... sy pena operate.. untuk model 10pa15 ler.. laen model x pena operate lagi..
