This was super cute and funny! For the cold shower I was like "you don't have to get in the shower, just hold my hands. You shouldn't have to suffer in the cold too." The fact that he was willing to get in the cold was so sweet ❤❤

When you're listening to this while sick. Was going to work this morning but my superior looked at me and instantly went "oh you're not looking good. Go back home," (I don't drive so she usually gives me a lift). Awesome audio as usual!

I do to sometimes it is nice because when you get out the outside will be warm versus when you take a warm shower and getting out and being cold.

Cool showers and cool washcloths only NO ice it can make your body think it’s cold so your body works harder to push your temp UP making your fever worse sending your body into shock

Cold shower is actually not a great idea- because it could cause a thermal shock, you can take a "cold shower" but that needs to be colder than your temperature by only 1-2° maximum
