I’ve overdosed three times and the last time I used sleeping pills. I had the worst experience with those and almost died. I’m still in a bad place mentally but I’m still here and still fighting!

I’ve overdoesed over 10 times and I’m not proud of it, the last one mad the doctors need to induce coma to reduce swelling on my brain and stop my airway from getting shut off. I know what it feels like to be hopeless, or feel like a burden. Never be afraid to ask for help.

Wow, intense audio. One time, I accidentally took one too many pills; not to do anything but because I was in pain from surgery. I slept pretty hard, nearly a whole day. It was scary when I woke up and realized what had happened. Thank you for the audio Ben.
I overdose drugs several times in suicidal attempt (not sleeping pills) and ended at intensive monitoring station in hospital for days. I regret to survived... But I'm still here, right? So I'm pretty sure that I will fight until the very very very end!...

This happend to my older sister in the beging of the year it was really scary to see her at the hospital not knowing if she will be here tomorrow it took a cupple of days befor we can take her home i did hope at the time that she just. tolled our mum or dad but she did not. I just hope that if someone is in this type of place that there is someone who will be there for you ans that you dont just have that one chose of an overdose
I hate to hear that this happened to someone you know. And you’re right, we all need people to stand with us in dark times! That’s what this tribe is for!

Based on the title I am going to pass on this one for now. I had a rough day on Saturday and don't feel like I am in a good enough place mentally to handle a topic like this. This is probably the kind of topic that needs a trigger warning not necessarily because it could cause someone to take a negative action but because it could be upsetting especially when a friend or loved one or even they have been there.
From personal experience this touched my heart. I didn't have anyone at the time to help me through it but this helped close that gap.
I'm sorry to hear that. It's a terrible feeling when no one is There when you are about to die. I know that it just has a little diffrence in my. Well our case. We are DID System and one of us tried that too a few years ago. They still had the Rest of us yelling at them and getting the pills out of the body soon enough. A Day later we colapsed in School and still no one apart from the other Alters and a teacher cared. I hope you are in a better place now and that you wont try that again. Please remember that people love and care about very much dear. I dont know your Story and why you Did it but I know what ever tried to kill you back than should better Start running now because you survived and prove that you were stronger than what ever happened or Who ever pushed you to that point. Keep fighting for your life After all it is your life and not anyone else's. Even if it Seems imposible to fufill a dream or even be happy at some days it's not. Take a look at the small things you achived like eating, showering and staying alive. I hope very much you are better now and i'm sorry if this long Text was pointless because you already know all of this, Well Most of it, have a great Day or night and stay save and please stay here with us all ok?

Very nice audio because I accidentally taken to many overdose sleeping pills when I feel depression alot and I never going to do it ever again so thank you so very for your videos really helps me alot since I'm so very thankful that I'm lucky to stay alive but I felt so guilty and I can't stop crying.

I've listened to this one a few times BUT only last night i guess I took too much Benadryl in liquid form around 2:00 this a.m. and i slept for like 11.5 hours and woke at 130 p.m. today. Then i see this in my list and im like " I must watch this again."

I've cut 300 times and lost ALOT of blood that my mum has found the cuts and put me on vitamin D tablets! And she sometime helps me clean them if I do it again and if I ever do it again she'll help me through it and help me clean them
