- This is a role play audio, in which you the listener are in a public place and suddenly have a seizure. A caring stranger helps you and assists in helping you recover from the seizure, giving you comfort and reassurance that you’re going to be okay. This stranger is just an ordinary novelist in a coffee shop trying to get some work done, so he has to be educated along the way via an off duty nurse on how to care for someone having a seizure. This audio is educational, and soothing all at the same time!

I had a seizure before I went to bed last night Ben and I did not have nothing to get me out of it tell my uncle ran into my room and held me in his arms until I snapped out of it

I never had a seizure before but I've seen one and it's honestly scary and my dad said when he was in the military he saw people have seizures a lot and help people with seizures :] hope you're having an amazing night or day ben

As someone who used to suffer from seizures as a baby/toddler (I don't get them anymore), I actually used to take care of my aunt's pittie who had seizures before passing away. I didn't see them except for once, so I remained calm, put the pup in the cage and stayed with him until the episode was over. It was an interesting experience
I listen to seizure comforts because there are no leg Spasm comforts, this one was a great one.
I have non-epileptic seizures as a result of PTSD and severe anxiety (the panic attacks from them, really) and this was really comforting to hear.
From what I heard when it first happened to me- I partially blacked out- none of my friends knew what to do so they left me alone and hoped that would solve everything :/

I’ve had a few sezuires and they are very scary to wake up to. You don’t always know who you are with and where you are. It makes it much easier when people are calm around me. But thank you for the video!!

I will say seizures scare me, I don’t have them daily, but mine are triggered by things that cause stress mostly, and waking up confused and disorientated is very scary. If I don’t see someone familiar right away I cry cuz I don’t remember anything
I listened to some of these audios when I was younger, and now I'm older ig some things don't change, younger me had good taste

I have had 2 seizures and I am 16 still in high-school but my first seizure was when I was three years old and it was brought up by a very high fever and then last year in April my arm locked up then I fell and hit the shunt that is on my head. And my twin was the one who witnessed my seizure and it scared her out of her mind.

I love this I don’t have those type of seizures I have absent seizures which is well to put it simply it’s kinda like spacing out but you don’t remember anything from it and sometimes you can stop breathing during one just thought I would give a little info about absent seizures hope you find this info helpful😊.

I haven’t had that type of seizure before. I have absence seizures, though they’re not as scary as this type of seizure. I really feel for people who have to go through this, it looks terrifying

Edit: OMG, something like that happened to me once, it was SO embarrassing I quite literally threw up in front of EVERYONE in the restaurant O_O. But! I'm training a service dog for myself so hopefully, that won't happen again. And btw AMAZING AUDIO!

One time a kid had a seizure in my PE class, and my reaction was basically the same, he was purple and foaming at the mouth, what you should do is put then on their side and make sure they dont get hurt, dont put your fingers or anything else in thwir mouth, they will bite it ⚠️OFF⚠️

Geez, I haven't had a proper grand mal seizure since I was twelve. If this was anything like the ones I had as a kid I was awake and aware through the whole thing.
(This comment is just me playing along with the story. I actually did have juvenile epilepsy though.)

Ive only had 2 seizures in my life onece when i was 11 a month after a severe concussion i had a small seizure in the shower and luckily my dad knew what to do and the second time i was 14 and had a fever of 108°f for a few hours and had one before an ice bath but this one was one of the stairing ones it sucked but I haven't had one since thankfully

Update my stitches are infected and are PAINFUL but I'm managing
My teacher has a seizure but when he had the seizure it was right when everyone was going to lunch and I was the last one out he watches us for lunch so he was behind me I was just talking with him then we fell back and started to have a seizure lucky there were some students and teachers but everyone one was panicking all you heard were screams or call 911 but nobody called cause everyone was just yelling it one of the teachers called. There was another teacher telling us to go to lunch me and my friends got to lunch but I was panicking and shaking cause I’ve never seen that before and he is my favorite teacher like I always talk to him and it scared my so bad some of the other girls were panicking and shaking and crying the counselor took the people who were shaking and crying outside to calm down everyone calmed down a little I threw up though everyone was hugging each other and comforting one another we didn’t rlly care who it was. I got ,y phone to call my parents to come pick me up but I had to go back upstairs at the time I couldn’t even look at the spot I got my stuff and went home. He is fine now he was perfectly ok nothing to bad now he makes jokes about it something I will never forget
