Luv the white boots, in our neighborhood they are called "Biloxi Waders", all the shrimpers wear them.

A popular brand in food processing, here and there, are Bekina Boots.

What an excellent film. Thank you. Such a balance of old skills and modern technology, when atractor or a 4 x 4 arrives pulling a milk churn, it gets my full vote, and my good wifes. Take care and all the best Keith

It’s a creamy, buttery, nutty cheese. As it ages, you get little crystals in it that gives it a unique texture as well.

Aargh! you didn't show any butter making! Alongside my love of Horseradish flavoured cheddar [which seems to have fallen out of fashion], my other passion is for well salted butter.
Of our local farm shops, only one sells farm made butter and it now only comes in unsalted and "lightly" salted. They do occasionally have "salted" - the implication being that a heavier hand has been at work, but they don't have it often. I have 2kg sitting in the fridge to ensure a constant supply.
For anybody thinking that [well] salted butter sounds disgusting, it is only the same product that was available before all these man-made oil based spreads and "healthy" [lightly salted] mass produced supermarket buttes became available.

We prefer salted butter as well.
