      Your welcome. I have seen chef that save floating fatty stuffs from braising beef or pork bone. For use to enhance flavor for other cooking. No wonder hamburger tasty due to some fat on it. Thanks for watching.

      @@HAPPYWOK For pork ribs, I usually use a store-bought black bean garlic paste. I also buy pork ribs instead of pork spare ribs because they are meatier.

    A thousand thanks for this delicious recipe. We are used to cook big portions and may have left overs, unless the dish is super gastronomous. If keep the meat overnight, will it taste better? 😊❤

    Amazing dish Chef. Loved the way you steamed the rice and the spare ribs separately then adding it on top of the rice once it's ready. Me and the girlfriend haven't decided on a dish for this Sunday's Mother's Day. I know we talked about chicken and seafood but nothing confirmed. I'm surprised she wants a Chinese rather than barbecue since the temperature will be 18C / 65F but she will get her wish. Take care Chef.

    No salt required for the seasoning?

    • @HAPPYWOK
      @HAPPYWOK  2 роки тому +1

      Yes, no salt. Since 1 Tablespoon fermented black beans are already saturated with salt. Thanks for asking.

      Yes. You can. Actually in commercial Chinese restaurant..we leave it marinate over night and do the cooking..steaming the next day. Thanks for asking.
