Ever make it back to the Linville Gorge? Really enjoyed your videos and hope you'll start them up again. I live 10 miles from the gorge and it was nice to see some of the trails i've been on in your video. Makes me want to get back out there!
I enjoyed this video. I was there in October hiking some of the same trails. I was like you, around every turn an amazing new view. Where did you get your trail map? Looked like something I'd like to get for my next trip.
Really enjoyed the video Steve. Wolf Pit to Table Rock and back is no joke, especially with the ruggedness of the Gorge. I'm sure you had some sore joints! I made the same mistake as you my first time along a similar route and passed up the easier to get to water sources. I ended up backtracking and filling up at Saddle Camp, but the side trail to that source is straight up and down and wore me out even more. Is that the Osprey Exos you're using? How do you like it?
Great vid. Gotta visit this place. Enjoyed your backpack comparison segment. Love Osprey, proud owner of an Atmos 50.
I love Pisgah!!!......so many waterfalls!!!....great video!
Nice video. The nighttime filming followed by the sunrise was a nice touch. The Linville Gorge Wilderness looks like a great place to backpack . . .
