To be fair to the woman in the last one, it depends on whether or not she was still active on the dating site. There are plenty of people who don't delete their dating app accounts after getting into a committed relationship....it doesn't necessarily mean that they're cheating. They might just have forgotten to delete it, or it may just have not crossed their mind that they needed to since why would it be a problem if they aren't using it? So them being on a dating app is only a red flag if they're actively _USING_ said dating app.
I mean, technically speaking, we don't know if the person in the second story was male or female/whether it was their boyfriend or girlfriend, so that could technically be one.
The restraining order story, I'm guessing it was for HIS wife because the affair partner's wife found out and maybe there was an altercation so the AP wife decided to get a restraining order against OP's wife.
