It’s hard to imagine Party God baking a pizza from scratch. I think he would just order a bunch for the party he’s at, or materialize them, whatever, then in the morning when there’s a bunch left over he’d be like, “Bro, I bet if we put eggs on that pizza, it’d be just like breakfast, so we can party at breakfast! Awhoooo!”
Awesome, for the pizza I highly recommend pre cooking the crust by itself and then add some beaten eggs in place of the sauce, then add your cheese and sausage, cook it til it looks firm. I think it would work better than just cracking them on top, I work at a pizza shop and this is how we do our own off the menu breakfast pizza sometimes
Something you could do to prevent the egg being overcooked like that is making hollows for it and cracking it in right as you take the pizza (or other baked good of choice) out of the oven. There's a dish we make in my home country called khachapuri that's essentially dough in the shape of a boat with a cheese mixture in the middle, and then you crack in an egg once it's done baking so the residual heat cooks it but keeps it a good level of runny
@@LiliyaPanina That sounds delicious oh my god, these videos almost never get me hungry but somehow your description of this dish made me so hungry whBdbandns
For the pizza, two tips I would suggest is to first invest in a pizza stone, and for the eggs, if you want to do it how the cookbook says, wait to add the egg until the pizza is a little more than halfway to almost done cooking. Eggs don't take long to cook, so it definitely doesn't need to be in the over that long.
Dude those bacon pancakes sound divine. I love walnuts, I love apricot jelly, I love pancakes, I love bacon. All of those things combined just sounds ridiculously tasty.
Funny thing about the ice cream especially since you used B&J's, there used to be a flavor of B&J's called Late Night Snack I believe. I had it once and it was a long time ago so I dont remember everything but it actually had chocolate covered potato chip clusters to make like a sweet and salty thing. It was good enough id get it again but I believe it's discontinued
I always smile when I see a new post from your channel. You always present the cookbooks in such a entertaining way and your reviews feel very down to earth and earnest. Plus I enjoy finding out that a show or game I enjoy has a product like this with creativity and care put into it.
I kind of expected the bacon pancakes to be with cooked bacon, so some of the grease would be in the pancake batter. Making it more savory, but that might be a little messy for younger chefs.
Not just the pigments making, also The way you smile at the camera .. It healed me I was feeling anxious, but now I’m not. The way you talk and the words you choose, even your voice.. so soft, warms my heart
Yesssss, i was wondering which cookbook will be the next, I love your videos, thank you for giving me the serotonin I need hahahaha Have an amazing day bc you already made mine!
Well, you did it. You finally reviewed my favorite cookbook! ^_^ I'm wondering if you did something wrong with Jake's bacon pancake recipe. Cause I've made those over a dozen times now and they were never that thin. It makes for a fairly thick batter. Maybe you didn't put enough flour? Also as an AT fan, I must tell you it's JAKE that says, "Suckin at something is the first step towards bein kinda good at something." Not Finn.
This is such a fun and cute video! It brought such a big smile to my face :D Love the details with the character cut outs. Keep up the fantastic work!!!
Cool cookbook! Pizza done in a home oven can be pretty difficult if you're not clocked in on your oven's specifics and don't have a *master's degree in pizzaology*. Seriously, there's tons of tips and tricks for making pizza in a home oven, too many for one youtube comment but here's some tips that I've found, and I'm no pizza master. If you're looking for a classic new york style pizza crust, crispy-ish on the bottom with a bit of rise - let your dough cold ferment in the fridge for a day or two, just coat a bowl in some olive oil and rub some olive oil on the dough, cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let 'er go! This helps make a better pizza crust and makes it more flavorful. Also, pre-heat something like a baking tray or something wide and flat with no big lips on the side, then make the pizza on something like a floured cutting board - then slide the pizza onto the tray in the oven! This will expose the bottom of the pizza to a lot more heat and give it a burnished texture without the top overcooking. Things like whole eggs on pizza? Honestly, it's better to cook the eggs separate - like in a pan - then top the pizza with it as the pizza cools. That way you have complete control of the egg's texture without having to compromise cooking times.
Wow that pizza (and all the other foods) actually looked really cool and yummy! I'm tempted to buy this cookbook for myself as it was a great review (as it always is) 💪
I was apprehensive about the chips and icecream, so I'm glad they're not awful! I love the presentation of both the cookbook and the video, keep up the good work :)
I have this book! Princess Bubblegums Perfect Sandwich is one of my favorites that I've made many times! 😋 It was exciting to see recipes that I havnt gotten to yet. Did you know there's a Bob's Burgers cookbook? (All are burger recipes that arebased off "the burger of the day"..plus French fries if I remember correctly)
Regarding the breakfast pizza, I think a good idea would be to fry your eggs separately and then top the pizza with them! That way, they dont overcook in the oven. Or even cracking them on top part way through baking.
I bet a caramel icecream would be good with the potato chips for a salty/sweet balance. Nice review! I bet your cookbook collection is growing steadily, too~
When your cooking a pizza with an egg, you put the egg on the pizza at the end when it over. The heat of the oven, even turned off, gonna cook it in like 5 min and the yellow part is perfect like that :D Btw, great video !
I would recommend putting the ice cream in the freezer then making the pizza first, while cooking/cooling the pizza make the pancakes so that everything is cooled the same amount when you serve them. What I've learned about cooking is that doing things in the right order is just as important as anything else.
I think the best ice cream to use to roll in potato chips would be baskin robbins gold medal ribbon. Chocolate and vanilla ice cream with a thick ribbon of caramel running through it.
As Jake once said: “Dude, sucking at sumthin’ is the first step towards being sorta good at something. We are like baby Billes right now sucking on our first bottles of Non-Violent milk”. ...Finn said "totes I'll stop " pooping my diaper"
I'm not much of a cook (I like eating more than cooking) but I friggin love Adventure Time so I for sure had to check out the video. I really might look into getting this one!! (Also not to be that guy but it was Jake who made that quote about sucking being the first step to being sorta good at something not Finn lmao)
I am a big fan of Adventure Time. I grew up with Adventure Time. It's one of my top 5 favorite shows. These look tasty. You should do Rick and Morty cookbook.
even if i didn’t like the recipes, i think i’d still buy the cookbook just bc of how cool it looks ! the icecream also looks so good tbh. cool video :)
I love the idea of it being an old cookbook where some of the recipes got replaced by new one written in character. Kind of a similar gimmick as the Fallout Cookbook, but since both works are post-apocalyptic it fits. Although I agree that some of these recipes might be a bit too weird for my tastes.
hi! i make the banana bread for this recipe all the time and it’s a favorite. i always add walnuts because that’s a personal preference, but i totally recommend it! its amazing and comforting. :)
Mathematical cookbook, zany food, the song at the beginning had me rolling. So tempting to get the book, but I seriously have to start with the others I already have. Kind of got out of control when I first found your channel XD Have you considered The Lord of The Rings Unofficial Cookbook, some of the recipes are pretty interesting.
Yeah I was thinking about the LotR one but I tend to find the official ones more interesting because of all the artwork and images. And yeah my collection is getting out of hand!
@@MisoHungrie True enough. Official is always cooler. Instead there are 3 to 4 Unofficial or "inspired by Tolkien" cookbooks. We need one Book to rule them all.
I'm thinking add the eggs maybe halfway in to the the bake time or later to get runny yolks. I would us B&J Half Baked of Phish Food. As far as themed cook books go I love the concept. If I was a fan of the show I would get it immediately.
I actually really like that some of the pages are just classic recipes. Feels like it's in theme while providing some good simple meals

Just a lazy way of spamming idiots like you with useless stuff they don't need.
