It’s hard to imagine Party God baking a pizza from scratch. I think he would just order a bunch for the party he’s at, or materialize them, whatever, then in the morning when there’s a bunch left over he’d be like, “Bro, I bet if we put eggs on that pizza, it’d be just like breakfast, so we can party at breakfast! Awhoooo!”

Awesome, for the pizza I highly recommend pre cooking the crust by itself and then add some beaten eggs in place of the sauce, then add your cheese and sausage, cook it til it looks firm. I think it would work better than just cracking them on top, I work at a pizza shop and this is how we do our own off the menu breakfast pizza sometimes

Something you could do to prevent the egg being overcooked like that is making hollows for it and cracking it in right as you take the pizza (or other baked good of choice) out of the oven. There's a dish we make in my home country called khachapuri that's essentially dough in the shape of a boat with a cheese mixture in the middle, and then you crack in an egg once it's done baking so the residual heat cooks it but keeps it a good level of runny

For the pizza, two tips I would suggest is to first invest in a pizza stone, and for the eggs, if you want to do it how the cookbook says, wait to add the egg until the pizza is a little more than halfway to almost done cooking. Eggs don't take long to cook, so it definitely doesn't need to be in the over that long.

I'm wondering if you did something wrong with Jake's bacon pancake recipe. Cause I've made those over a dozen times now and they were never that thin. It makes for a fairly thick batter. Maybe you didn't put enough flour?

    Penguin-spawn in the Ice Kingdom
Snow monster-spawn in the Ice Lands

Cool cookbook! Pizza done in a home oven can be pretty difficult if you're not clocked in on your oven's specifics and don't have a *master's degree in pizzaology*. Seriously, there's tons of tips and tricks for making pizza in a home oven, too many for one youtube comment but here's some tips that I've found, and I'm no pizza master.
If you're looking for a classic new york style pizza crust, crispy-ish on the bottom with a bit of rise - let your dough cold ferment in the fridge for a day or two, just coat a bowl in some olive oil and rub some olive oil on the dough, cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let 'er go! This helps make a better pizza crust and makes it more flavorful.
Also, pre-heat something like a baking tray or something wide and flat with no big lips on the side, then make the pizza on something like a floured cutting board - then slide the pizza onto the tray in the oven! This will expose the bottom of the pizza to a lot more heat and give it a burnished texture without the top overcooking.
Things like whole eggs on pizza? Honestly, it's better to cook the eggs separate - like in a pan - then top the pizza with it as the pizza cools. That way you have complete control of the egg's texture without having to compromise cooking times.

This may be a weird idea, but why not cook the eggs n' pizza separately? I express this because once both are ready, you can just simply combine both ingredients according to the picture. That way you get a fresh sunny-side up egg n' the breakfast pizza.

Yeah that makes a lot of sense. Or better yet I should have just added the egg closer to the end of the cooking process

@@MisoHungrie Right! Though, I was incredibly surprised to see your eggs become hard n' crumbly plastic saucers. I mean I've seen a boiled egg overboiled but not somethin' like that. :000

The chips and ice cream remind me of my mom dipping her French fries in a sundae

the problem with homemade pizza is that most home ovens don't get hot enough to really cook the crust properly.
Next time you make some, consider investing in a pizza stone then preheating your oven at its max temp (either 500 or 550) for an hour. Yes. One whole hour.
This will make the stone fully hot and then you can slide the pizza onto it and it will crisp up the bottom much better than a regular home oven.
Cracking the eggs over the pizza in the final minute or so it'll be in the oven is a good call too.
