Earlier this year I commented to you when you got a couple pairs of glasses from Firmoo. You didn't reply. Anyway in that video you were trying those glasses on but you were wearing your contacts so you really ha no idea if the prescriptions were accurate or not. But Firmoos a very good on-line glasses site so I'm sure your glasses were just fine. Anyway what you didn't get from Firmoo was a pair of prescription sunglasses. So I'm wondering if theses Zunff sunglasses are prescription or non-prescription? You of course can wear non-prescription sunglasses over your contacts. But you seem to admit to wearing contacts quite often. As a retired optician I'm sure much more often that you really should be wearing them. Contacts are really only meant to be wore for no more than 10 hours a day and no more than 5 days a week. Longer than that is considered excessive wear. The glasses you got from Firmoo looked great on you and no reason for you not to wear glasses much more often and give your eyes a much needed break from contacts. I think by having prescription sunglasses would be helpful to wear on sunny days. Have you ever wondered why it is that you are required to get a yearly eye exam before reordering your contacts every year? You don't have to get a yearly eye exam to wear glasses. Yes in part it's to see if you need your prescription changed. But the main reason is so the doctor can check the health of your eyes. So far your eyes have remained healthy enough for you to continue wearing contacts. That's good of course. But wearing contacts you have the risk of eye infections as well as eye ulcers and even a possible blood vessel growing into the side of an eye as a result of contacts. i actually saw that happen and it was was very scary for that young lady. It was feared she would lose her eyesight in that eye. She didn't. But she was told she could never wear contacts again. She was fine with that. None of those things can happen wearing glasses. I'm not saying you should stop wearing contacts completely. Just less often, maybe for working out , jogging and special occasions.
