I’m hoping they eventually bring a balance between a closed, locked down/ pure lack of innovation type of software and the opposite as hardware is reaching a point where is very similar between devices and the differences don’t matter and it’s now a battle of software. Samsung is a little too open on the security side of things but with that combined with their innovation, which Apple once stood for, they’re taking the cake and I’m trying to hold on but Apple is being left behind. I will say the ecosystem which is undeniably great is the only reason I’m still here, but at what point does the walled garden become a caged garden. What do you think about this?
