    Traditional workout pattern is good 😊 but if you want to tone muscles also then you can continue this workout schedule as it will build strong muscle mass 💪🔥
    Personally i combine traditional workout+ dumbbell workout 🙏
    As Older times People Used stone dumbbells , So we should make a balance and combo of Every exercise 💖
    Keep going brother 🙏

      20 × 2 = 40 kg
      Barbell -20 kg
      Total -60 kg 🤷‍♂️

      Everything is functional as long as you move your body. Main movement for this session was Bench press with some volume added for overhead pressing. Accessory lifts can help with extra hypertrophy without causing long term CNS fatigue.
