Unimpressed helps me to discharge the emotional charge from a trigger. It allows for deliberate and aware distribution of my attention, interest, passion ... energy and power. If something comes up that I have no interest in participating in ... within the moment ... I can inform reality that I am unimpressed with this experience, removing energy and power from the situation.
