I think the only thing you got wrong was the lack of sharp edges for the top and bottom surfaces. The corners are rounded on the silhoutte, but not on the top and bottom surfaces, ie iPhone, iPad, Mac Mini, New Macbooks, etc
Great observation! Actually the new Macbooks got less sharp on the outer edges. Based on this I was kind of thinking they might try this on some newer products soon, so let’s see how it goes. Maybe I will be wrong 😅
Smart viewer! I was waiting for someone to call me out on that. The smaller versions have cutouts for antenna out of plastic and glass. The bigger guy I left the antennas metal because it looked very nice, but would probably have to switch it to a plastic cover.
I feel like its scary to hear, controversial to say, but still valid: Apple kinda has bad ergonomic design, good enough hardware, well optimized software & terrible user interfacing... Idk if we really should be taking apple hardware design to heart but we should be making the best of its most usable qualities and doing the things apple "wouldn't" want to do. Technically they're not a very consumer friendly company and we shouldn't be taking that to heart as part of "good design" practices.
@@somegraythings ahhh okay, I was already wondering because I could not hear any German accent :D But you've put titles into your video saying "footage by OwnGalaxy" etc. ;)

Problem is metal isn’t great for wifi signals to go through, maybe a very shiny plastic like AirPods or iPhone 5c

Which CAD program do you use? - Love these videos.
Ah i should write that in the comments. Used a bit of Rhinoceros, a bit of Fusion 360 on this
What app you use for making 3D models?
Usually Rhinoceros and Fusion 360
Love the video! I do, however, feel like you maybe overlooked Apple’s partnerships with (RED) - why they have so many Product(RED) iPhones.
True! I thought of that as well but didn’t really want to get into it. But it would have been more descriptive…
Back again!
Sí
I learned nothing. but still thank you.

HEY, which 3d software did you use !!! By the way I love your videos and your videos are really really great and high quality ,thanks for that.
I let you know in the two other comments 😎
Very nice video ;) Are you German? Wouldn't have expected the footage from all the German UA-camrs I regularly watch hahah
Not german, but live in Germany. Weird that UA-cam picked that up

Really enjoy your videos man :)
I appreciate that!
Some nice observations 👍Now for next video, focus on your sound as its one key attribute for viewer satisfaction
Yes that’s always bad in my videos
@@somegraythings Awareness is the firsts step towards improvements. You will have higher engagement and retention with better sound. Good luck 👍
Great insights into Apple's design philosophy. Kinda reminds me of Limmy's sketch "Shop Assistant"
