    Hi Ken. Awesome review! I came across LeadPal after watching Phill's review as I'm in Taking Action Online. I went full hog
    and purchased all OTO's including the White Label, but after a fortnight I just havn't been able to get my head around the
    training videos in the system (especially the ones without voiceover), but your video has explained so many things I couldn't
    quite get around! Thank You. I've subscribed to your channel cos I don't want to miss your next video! Take care.

    Hello Ken. How are reminder pop ups delivered? Do clients have to be in the website? Are they delivered through a social notification? Or is it via email? Thanks.

      Hi, the reminders are delivered via email. They opt in on your website and choose when they want to be reminded.

    Great overview / tutorial! Helpful and clear. My only concern came when I saw the authorization message which states "authorize leadpal" surely this will confuse and concern visitors who will not know who/ what Leadpal is and so might make them hesitant to give authorisation. What would you suggest for this scenario?

      Hi Chris, thanks for your question. Personally, I wouldn't be concerned about the authorization piece. Most people understand that you are using a tool, and that when they use their social media profile to opt into a page to get a lead magnet, they have to authorize the app. No matter what, there will always be a handful of people who will not want to opt in. But if that's the case I chalk it up to them not being my right audience.
