"Sessions" with Dr Cheryl (18) How to STOP enabling the "narcissist"

Even in C.S. Lewis ' book Mere Christianity, he describes the concept:
"Hate the sin, not the sinner."
There are so many different ways to describe this pattern, that we find, operating in so many people and systems, but it is important to understand that ANYONE has the possibility of changing. God could wake up anyone. We are each souls, made in the image and likeness of God, put in these bodies, given a body as this gift in this life.
So WHY are people operating in narcissistic or toxic ways?
Well, they say that "hurt people hurt people."
And that "healed people heal people."
Sometimes people have trauma in early childhood and that causes them to have "doors open" because they often go to self-aggrandizement (aka pride), or other addictions, to try to inflate their wounded sense of self, or to numb their underlying hidden insecurities and pain. They often end up using other people around them and actually using themselves. It does not end up creating a truly joyful or happy life, no matter what it may look like on the surface.
The other side of that coin is people who feel rejected and gravitate towards trying to "help" to "heal" the person engaging in narcissistic patterns. They are attracted to the surface charisma that the person acting as the narcissist momentarily exudes.
I really do not want to label anyone as a "narcissist" now that I understand it more, because some researchers do really understand the "narcissists" as people who are being influenced by negative systems and forces that they are loyal to. Once people are "delivered" from this, some people's whole personalities change dramatically!
If you want to see this in a very clear simple form, read CS Lewis's fiction book "The Voyage of the Dawn Treader" -- a character in that book, Eustace, was acting quite the Narcissist, as was Edmund in The Lion, The Witch and the Wardrobe. Eustace gets turned into a dragon and that reflects how he was operating, then Aslan de-dragons him, and he changes completely; both immediately and over time.
I make these videos because I really want people to be set free in their lives.
Ask yourself, "what am I looking for that I keep going back to these people who are NOT asking God to "de-dragon" them?! Why am I idolizing them above the SANITY, tranquility, and the peace that God wants me to live in? (Read Jesus' words in John chapter 14).
Why am I rejecting myself over and over again via these people who are not showing up in my life?
There are priests and exorcists and deliverance pastors who will say that you are being run by "a spirit of rejection" , even while/if you have the Holy Spirit indwelling in you...(It is TIME to walk in your Luke 10:19 Authority in Christ).
Jesus said you will know a person by their fruit. We are meant to be producing beautiful fruit (Study the fruits of the Spirit: Love, joy, peace, patience, goodness, kindness, gentleness, meekness and self control). If we are not, it is an indication that there is some kind of imbalance happening in us...Some way we are idolizing something or someone else, above God's perfect Loving, wise will for our lives.
Why are we accepting the position of "door mat"?
All my "sessions" with Dr Cheryl are about learning how to align back with God's perfect will for our lives, which is always highest consciousness, highest dignity, and True Love.

Your soul is always communicating how to get "home" -- back to True Love.
Ultimately, God is Love, so, as Saint Augustine expressed:
Our hearts are restless until they rest in God!
We have these old "programs" running in our minds all the time (from the world) and it is important we learn how to let go of the old negative thought patterns. I stumbled upon this creative way to do this discipline! (See 2 Timothy 1:7, the Greek root word for "sound mind" is about discipline, disciple, learning to do one's true duty. This is a high and noble calling!)
