I love the stash dives. I could watch them all. I especially like seeing the older charts stitchers forget about. I stitched Nora Corbett Hummingbird for my mom, it came out beautiful. I’m still working on a Mirabilia October Opal Fairy. Happy Stitching.

I’m in Oshawa, ON and man, do I ever remember White Rose!! That place was like heaven when I was younger. I also have a large collection of fancy lady patterns and loooooved seeing your stash! Hope you show more ♥️♥️
Thanks so much! White rose was my favourite place to go as a kid. They had the massive model dollhouses with all the furniture. I was really sad when they went out of business.

Thanks Amy! It was interesting to go through and see the materials list. I had no idea there were some Nora's that had so many treasures. My worry is that when I go to stitch a certain one, the treasures will be out of production. It is easy to sub but it's always nice to match the called for.
YAY!! Amazing Nora stash dive!! 😍😍 I want them all too! Collecting patterns is as much fun as stitching them 😃. Wisteria and Poppy are my favorite Noras. I remember in the late 90’s driving an hour to a Lewiscraft store in the “big city” of Moncton, NB 😂 I moved to the US before I ever saw a Michaels store, and you’re right - they carry so little now for cross stitch supplies. I just have to say I am so jealous of your thread wall in the background of your videos! Your craft room looks heavenly! 💕
Lewiscraft was such an awesome store! Ours was an hour away also so it was always a treat to go there. I love collecting! Although, I don't know what I'm going to do when I retire and have to tone down the collecting!😂 That wall was so fun to set up. It makes me happy while I work every day!
It’s so nice to see Nora’s Pixie’s get some love. I have done maybe 16 or 18 of them and have so many kitted up. I’m almost done with Lady Orchid Moth which stitch’s up FAST. Only 2 beads. I also have Green Lady Orchid Slipper as a WIP and Lady Catt just needs the beads. Most of the Pixies now come with bead packs you can buy so I normally do that. My favorite by far of the Pixies is Fern with Lilac a close second. I wish I had kept my Tiger lily chart. I stitched her when she first came out and don’t get me wrong, she’s, pretty but I don’t understand the fuss!! I watched both FiberArts Amy and Newberry Stitcher show all their patterns. Made me buy Cassiopeia and to start my Gypsy Queen, pull out from storage my Christmas Elegance, and Fairy Tales. I’m mostly a Mira stitcher and don’t see a lot of flosstubes with her patterns. This is my first time doing WIPGO. I had a horrible start to January and February. Every project I was supposed to work on, had stuff I had to frog. March, both projects also I had to frog but was able to complete my 10 hour goal on both. I started Lady Skein by Nora and worked on a Long Dog sampler that I did on plain white Aida but used a really pretty over dyed thread.
Wow! You have stitched a ton of nora's! I've only stitched two and they only took about ten days to stitch. I've started buying the bead packs for the miras and I have a couple for the reindeer. I was shocked at how much specialty items were in each pattern. I agree, there really aren't a lot of mirabilia or fancy lady stitchers on flosstube anymore. Tiger lily is very pretty but there are prettier ones out there. I think once things aren't available, people want them all the more.🤷♀️

I have the two bees - I am rather new to this now, passion - and bought them to aspire to make! The second bee is called ' Miss Honey Bee ' . I have the called for floss and beads just waiting patiently as I work on my skills . My sister and I live on a small rescue farm - Queensburrow Farm... so The Bees spoke to us ( ^ ; * ) My older sister should be the Queen bee -- sweet and kind. I tend to be sassier , and I think Miss Honey bee has that about her !!!! Again, thank you for the inspiration you gift us with and these wonderful visits. (((hugs))) marcia

Sorry for the delay back ~ We have rescued THUS FAR ( ^ ; * )... : 2 Mini Donkeys, 5 Chickens / 7 ducks , a Senegal Parrot, 5 White Doves, 3 Rabbits, 1 Black Lab ( Adorabella ) , and 14 YES....14 INSIDE cats !!!!! My sister, Pammie , is a retired Small Animal Veterinarian - thus the cats from her clients or colleagues's barn kittens - some of which have special needs . The chickens/ducks from our mail lady - who knew of them from her route needing rescued . Rabbits and Lab - Pammie's BIG heart from a roadside situation. The Parrot is from a Senior Living resident who could no linger take care of him - his name is ' Budweiser ' because apparently he is no bigger than a can of ' Bud ' - which is true ! He is THE MAIN MAN ON CAMPUS ! Though 5 inches tall , 38 years old , under a pound perched on your finger - HE RULES !!! He has bonded to me and ' tolerates ' all else. Cats leave him be - he is ADORABLE and ALL OF THAT, and I LOVE him so. Doves from a client - so pure and quiet and LOVELY - they were born on Christmas Eve !!!!!! making them even more special indeed. Now Amanda, we do not need more Creatures of God - yet I Do have my eye out for a Giant Flemish Rabbit that needs rescuing . They are HUUUUUGE . We have a Sweet home that is 99% completely harmonious. The cats , when hungry can ' bat ' at each other upon occasion - but Rare - they ALL get along beautifully. The home chirps, purrs , snores ( Dora ) , and is a paradise for us all. IT is GREAT to have Pammie's skills at the ready if needed - but really - all are easy keepers , just needing love - and we've PLENTY of that to give. Cross stitching and cats vying for you lap ???...... TRICKY !!!!!!!! ; ) marcia

I have Wisteria about 2/3 done. She is very pretty. I finished Poppy and she is just stunning. All that beautiful red!
