Yes, it is very helpful. I have different kinds of spins (the ones with rocker and a square like two plates that I can use on any surface). Should I get one like yours? Have you tried different ones?
Thank you for making the video! I've been practicing spins, but I tend to lose my balance quickly. Do you have any tips? I would appreciate it if you could tell me where to place my weight or any other advice.
one good spinner i love is using ballet spinners which is the spinner she is using in the video the ballet spinner feels very smooth and lovely to spin on i don’t like metal spinners as when i’m spinning it makes me feel very unbalanced and i’ve used it for years so i decided to switch
Great tutorial for beginners like me!! Im 50 and I love learning from younger teachers ❤

Do you recommend any particular board to start (if you're just starting to learn)?
I would recommend a metal spinner, they can be expensive so an alternative would be a Edea spinner, or a Jerry spinner

You are amazing
I'm a "Rollerskater" do you think this would work for rollerskating?
Yes!
How do you not get dizzy?
You have to spot like look at a place on the wall or you will get used to spinning and won’t get as dizzy
I always end up getting dizzy eventually but if I keep spinning I don’t notice it 🤷🏻♀️
@@GalaxxVA When I get dizzy I just stop lol
@@user-gb3tr7um5m lol, I do too after a bit but if I do it too much then I’ll be stopping for like 10 seconds between every spin 😂
As a figure skater, you just get used to it. It's different for dancers, they can get around that. However, for skaters, it just takes times.
