Today we got an epic Fishing Catch and Cook video! We got the RETURN OF THE D on top of some sweet bonefish ( oio ) fish cakes that we cook up after nailing TWO solid Hawaii bonefish. We keep the smaller of the two bonefish and the catch clean cook is on. Fishing was great, and the food we ended up making was great too. Mahalo to the ocean once again for another catch and cook.

Re watching as I have nothing to due during the real life version of the movie Contagion. My mom taught me to make something similar, but with canned Salmon and smashed Saltine crackers in a bag. The spoon method definitely works better! I made won tons the same day I caught one and got all meat possible with no bones. Solid catch tho bradahs and super sick towel🤙🏻

That’s not how you make fish cake. Use the whole fish body and make fish broth when you scrap the meat out so you don’t waste
