So you used your existing factory X pipe and they weld the pipes to the headers after they deleted your cats?
I wanted to do the same thing but I wanted to do it the right way and got a double XX pipe from extreme online store for 230 bucks I believe. The muffler shop would have charged $100 per cat at least especially right now with everything being expensive.
Did you do a primary cat delete or secondary car delete?
Did you get a check engine light?

When you take out the front cats do you need any pipe to attach the exhaust back together
yes or just get some downpipes and do a complete cat delete, recommended : buy some o2 spacers to remove CEL

@@KhangZ06 damm bro the car sounds good I can already imagine it without out the exhaust system…I have a C6 zo6 straight pipe no exhaust,resonators or cats,, and my car sounds like a supercharged Lamborghini lol and I’m still planning to super charged and add a stage 3 camshaft

He’s young and will have it paid off probably within 5 years which he will still be very young.. not a bad move if he’s in the position to do so. Gets tougher as you get older and have more responsibilities
