Some people have a better memory some less. The crew tends an unusual amount more to the latter. It has it's advantages and disadvantages.

Pretty sure this isn't a spoiler because it seems like the show is playing with a smaller roster than the entirety of Image Comics, but related to the Giant in a small crossover run called The Pact, Mark teams up with a character who's story mostly revolves around his dad being King of the Monsters and his mom being a human lady and they have split custody and his main ally is the CIA agent serving as his case worker. I hope Invincible has the time for occasional comic goofiness like that

If there’s an infinite number of dimensions… then there’d really be an infinite number of dimensions where he joined his dad *and* where he didn’t. I don’t think you can really say “most of infinity is this way.”
Think of it as a die with five red sides and one blue side. Yes, in an infinite series of rolls you would get an infinite number of blues, but if you were to pick a random roll from that series it is still more likely to be red than blue.

Mark's whole thing is that, even though he was kinda mad going into the Mauler fight, he's still always subconsciously holding back. He could've obliterated the Maulers if he just flew off the handle and was full of bloodlust, Ponytail Knife Lady has that viltrumite ferocity, she wouldn't have held back against them.
